Steak Fajitas - Ooni Koda 16

The team at Ooni asked me to film some tips on using the Koda 16 oven and controlling the temperature. As usual, I got distracted and went on to talk about cast iron cooking and made a full fajita dinner.
I handed over video streams from 3 phones of the whole process and I’m totally amazed at how they pulled this together!
