Interresting video. I do like you said at the end and just wear a polo. In fact, trousers and chinos with a polo is one of my favortie looks.
That last tip you snuck in at the end is probably the most important #nonipples a hefty t-shirt is equally important to the high-wasted trousers, I personally like the look of the shirt having a little drape off your chest and and tighten up under the high wasted trousers. I know its been a roller coaster of a ride for you guys these past few months. But congratulations on the recent weeks for once again uploading this high level Gent's Lounge content and returning to the favored set up of the couch with decorations behind (nice liquor cabinet!). Also I don't particularly like the zoom.... all the best!

Great video! And it is a minimal logo because although it may seem "big" there is a lot of negative space. That's where you can get away with it and the print is so clean!

While watching vidoes such as this here above, usually I will pause it and add my comments at specific points- I started my comments right in on this one because this is one of my all time favorite ensembles.
I love the way a simple top and dress slacks look. It says a lot. Especially when you wear what I call "control colors". To me, no other color combo says Control like grey and black- I love it. Wearing a nice fitting top with slacks is a very liberated look, its like saying "Im the CEO even in my leisure", it says control. It says I mean business and thats what I go for. Mainly it says maturity and I think that is why it is so under rated now a days. We often confuse mature with old.

The D&G shirt is somewhat minimalistic , on the off hand it is simple what makes it acceptable between the two of you guys. Any shirt that doesn’t throw of the attention of the whole outfit is Win Win.🤷🏾♂️💪🏾
I’ll put on trousers that are maybe cuffed but wider than your skinny pants and I’ll throw on one of my 90s vintage graphic t’s which are oversized. A belt still shows my waistline and I feel works.

I’m going to have to agree with Blake, it is a larger logo, but I do think it is minimal when it comes to the simplicity of it, it’s not a crazy over-the-top image.

I see what Blake means, I think, the logo in of itself is simple and minimal. But it is huge so the overall effect isn't minimalist, so I'm with Goerge. Either way, you both look sharp as hell in these looks, it has never occurred to me to wear a T-shirt with trousers and I probably still won't but you both showed me it can look sharp as hell.

I accomplished this look last Friday with Black ankle high converses, Gray Waters Army pants, Black belt with silver buckle/clasp & Black t-shirt with a giant turquoise cartoon inspired ocean wave on the front and “wavy” printed on the back lol Sorry guys, I like BIG LOGOS!

The of the logo are pretty minimal so I guess the T passes as minimal. But whatever the case minimal or not it really goes with the look.
Minimal! even though it takes up the whole upper chest, the design is very simple with thin lines. If I can add, shirt needs to be minimal graphic, the design location should be somewhere in the upper chest portion, and the design must be stream lined. For example Blake you have a guess shirt where the design is an upside down triangle. That triangle will make your chest look bigger and slim down your waist.

I’d definitely consider that minimal. In comparison to all of the shirts you see with graphics stretching the entire front in full color that are the entire focal point of the shirt. The logo on his shirt is much more subtle and simple even though it is kind of large, It doesn’t draw a lot of attention. Definitely minimal
It is a minimal style billboard. The logo art style is minimal, but the size is too big and takes the eye to the middle of the shirt.

Also I would recommend that you only do it with crew neck T-shirt as to a v-neck. Somehow it just looks more balanced. I suppose that the v-neck just is a tat too informal.

I think a short sleeve Henley would go better with this. It's a notch above a t-shirt and dressy enough to match the trousers. Just my opinion.

While sometimes it does look stylish, I'm generally not a fan of this look. And as for minimal, well the design on blake's shirt is simple, but I do not like big brand logos.
