I decided that for my video I would go back to my roots and use my very favourite colours and designs. I absolutely LOVE to use DecoArt Americana acrylic paints, my most favourite colours being Burnt Sienna, Yellow Ochre and Teal Green. I lived in Italy for a few years in my formative art years and think this has had a big influence on my work. I enjoy trying to give my work an aged look, working back into the paint to give texture and reveal the layers beneath. My favourite subjects are most definitely hearts and butterflies alongside words and images that touch my heart and soul and reflect my life journey and hopefully at the same time inspire or capture the imagination of others on a similar journey.

My very favourite black Stabilo 8046 pencil.
Stazon black ink pad.
Various letter stamps.
