awesome build! it looks so cool. and kudos for not editing out your frustrations along the way. i think it's helpful to be able to see what went wrong as well as what went right
Great job I love the design and thanks for editing the trial and errors in your video. I do a lot of DIY Halloween projects myself and throughout the years I've learned not everything works out. Keep up the good work
Really cool! Just a few questions, if you don't mind. What are the gauntlets made from? What's the overall height? What type of fabric did you use, and how much?
Hello. The gauntlets are made from eva foam. Basically, 1/2 inch floor mats from harbor freight. The height from the ground to the top of the pumpkin is about 10 ft. For the fabric, the robe is black canvas fabric, and the scraf is black burlap. I used about 8 to 10 yards of the canvas fabric, and about 2 yard of the burlap. I hope that helps.

a bit fragile, but it looks cool..
why not just leave the metal pipe in the sword rather then torque it back on every time?
For storage. Taking the metal pipe off allows me to lay the sword nearly flat against any surface, which helps save space.
