But, from the beginning it wasn’t working properly on and off. Now completely gone doesn’t work at all. And it is under warranty, thing is make me surprise! The dealer doesn’t give it to me SD card neither USB drive. Now my car has stuck with dealer’s workshop, they told me the Navigation Card is damage. Problem I haven’t seen the card from the day of purchased this car no any Idea about it. So, my question is, the navigation warranty doesn’t cover the SD card? Please answer my question so at least I have power to fight of my right. Waiting your answer. Thank
Can one not just hook up a battery charger to keep the battery from being drained as compared to idling the engine for like an hour? Other-words turn the key to the right just before it would crank the starter and all of the dash lights are on, and then plug in the USB drive while the battery charger is connected? Anyone know if this would work?
I used my Autel ms908 scan tool on my neighbours 2018 ford focus, just wanted to see if my recent Autel update done newer cars ok. While it was scanning the modules on the car for faults i pooped myself when his touch screen turned off and that sync screen at '10.31' on your video came up, it just done it's screen update thing and everything was ok, maybe just coincidental? thank god everything was fine! :-)

Me acerqué a distribuidores Ford en Pmá y me indican que ellos les deshabilitan esas funcionalidades a los que venden en Pmá. Me dá la impresión que así hacen en Costa Rica.Es probable que en el mejor de los casos y te habiliten el GPS y su navegación, lo tendrás pero para un mapa de Costa Rica en blanco, lo cual no es la solución.No he podido averiguar cómo incporporar los mapas de Panamá a la tarjeta A4 (que suministró Ford) o reemplazarla por otra que sea compatible con el radio Sony. La tarjeta Garmín no me funcionó.Si has logrado solucionar tu problema, te agradecería me ilustraras para ver si avanzamos. Saludos.

That is a great question! I'm not quite sure.... but I'm guessing it is not very big.. If I had to GUESS, I would say 1 or 2 GB.

It is unbelievable that a car that cost this much won't come with navigation but you have to deal with all this confusion. Ford navigation is a shame
This is a software update, navigation is all in an SD card, no need to wait for that, its plug and play.

Drive around...go to a drive thru and eat without turning off the engine. You'll be surprised how time disappears.
You CAN'T upgrade MyFordTouch to SYNC 3. MyFordTouch runs on Microsoft, and SYNC 3 runs on BlackBerry.
You can buy an upgrade kit and swap out the screen.
