    Excellent video, one of the best movement sessions i've watched, thanks. (Most only have 6 or 4 targets, you have 8 which is key!)

    Great coaching. Especially the skipping on one leg. Great since coach can also walk the talk.

    A video idea might be on how to improve both reaction time and relflex, apart from the fast foot exercises.

      Even formula 1 drivers have standard reflexes, its about anticipation and understanding shot options / body language.

      I'll definitely be making a video about anticipation soon!

    By 30 minutes of ghosting non-stop, do you really intend one single 30 minutes rally, or intervals for 30 minutes? In case of one single rally, how to approach this? I doubt I could do this even at a slow pace, and if I could, I might get bored after 10 minutes.
    Thanks for your great videos. Looking to see more of it!

      Ideally doing 30-45 minutes continuously without stopping is best. When I first started I did grab a 10 second drink every 10 or 15 minutes, but as I got fitter I was able to do the whole thing without that. You can even go as slow as a walking pace it if you have to. Listening to music while doing it can be a great way not to get bored and it actually really helps with the flow. If you can't manage a full 30 minutes at walking pace then start with 20 minutes instead. I hope this helps!

    Any good reaction ball recommendations?

      @JoshAttwellSports  Рік тому

      If you just type in 'reaction ball' online it comes up with loads of them. I'm sure they all behave in a similar way.

      Check out my last video about length targets. Most juniors don't do this very well so if you can do it then you will have a major advantage over them.
