By 30 minutes of ghosting non-stop, do you really intend one single 30 minutes rally, or intervals for 30 minutes? In case of one single rally, how to approach this? I doubt I could do this even at a slow pace, and if I could, I might get bored after 10 minutes. Thanks for your great videos. Looking to see more of it!
Ideally doing 30-45 minutes continuously without stopping is best. When I first started I did grab a 10 second drink every 10 or 15 minutes, but as I got fitter I was able to do the whole thing without that. You can even go as slow as a walking pace it if you have to. Listening to music while doing it can be a great way not to get bored and it actually really helps with the flow. If you can't manage a full 30 minutes at walking pace then start with 20 minutes instead. I hope this helps!
Here's a link to another video where I do a deep dive into how the best players move: ua-cam.com/video/eZCpSdLG3I0/v-deo.html
Excellent advice,Tuition ,Thank you Josh.
I'm glad it was helpful!
Excellent video, one of the best movement sessions i've watched, thanks. (Most only have 6 or 4 targets, you have 8 which is key!)
Thanks!
Some great tips here! Jansher like movement too
Very good video.
Great coaching. Especially the skipping on one leg. Great since coach can also walk the talk.
Excellent. Can't wait to try these movement exercises
Let me know how they go!
Great video. This will be a great help in my game
Thanks for watching!
"Get on to balls quickly to apply pressure".......Come on Josh, you're not helping my immaturity 😂
Great video again mate, appreciate your content 👍
Brilliant, absolute gold
A video idea might be on how to improve both reaction time and relflex, apart from the fast foot exercises.
Even formula 1 drivers have standard reflexes, its about anticipation and understanding shot options / body language.
I'll definitely be making a video about anticipation soon!
Actually, this is excellent 👍
Thanks!
Great! Thanks!

Any good reaction ball recommendations?
If you just type in 'reaction ball' online it comes up with loads of them. I'm sure they all behave in a similar way.
i have been playing squash for 3 and a half year now what are ur recommendation to approaching u18 tournaments at the age of 16/17
Check out my last video about length targets. Most juniors don't do this very well so if you can do it then you will have a major advantage over them.
Entrenar sombras, gym
