@@zilin5512 Thanks for watching! For the ladder drills, I would go through each pattern one after the other without a break. Then I'd have a minute off and go through them all again and do this for 5 sets. For the hurdles I would have 30 seconds recovery between each pattern as it's a bit more explosive (especially for the more difficult ones). You can even do skipping for the 30 seconds between each pattern. I hope this helps!

you can do tripple skip with a thicker wire in the middle. oh boy does it hurt when they hit your shin.
