Thanks! After this outing I actually added a longer set of 3.5 foot traction boards, deep ruts are an ongoing problem for us so now we can fill in the ones we can’t get through.
Fantastic video Matt... Really shows us all, that Being Prepared is the True Answer... Happy to see that Neoru brought you both home safely again, and that you had a fun time with it... Great recovery and thanks again... Love the shopping cart protectors, I remember when you designed them and though that it was a great idea at the time ... Mud flaps have to Flap haha...
Yeah I have to admit these mudflaps are a little on the stiff side, but I really like the look of them, there aren’t a lot of red mudflaps available. Yes we definitely had fun and are definitely trying to be prepared for all scenarios, since this outing I purchased a longer set of traction boards as well to complement this short set. The short ones are great for things like this where you have to put them under the car basically and if they were longer they wouldn’t work, but for filling in deep ruts and stuff I wanted a long set as well. Glad you enjoyed the video Dan and always great to hear from you.
@@Steelbooking541 Yep this is in central Alberta. I sometimes watch Casey Ladell‘s channel and he is located in the Cascades I believe, beautiful area.
@@CarswithNash Yup he is in the same city as me it seems (Bend). 👍 Lots to do in your vehicles around here, all seasons. You’d have some fun similar to where you’re living now I bet.
This was built to have fun in love the build and the videos of you using it
Thanks for the support my friend, we are having a blast making these videos.😎
I love your recovery gear and how you have your recovery points. Well done.

Looks a lot like the Cascades here in Central Oregon! I know you’re in Canada though.
