The Magnificent Seven (1960) that was a bad ass movie. I was just a kid by the time I was able to see it but even though I didn't like westerns I liked that one. Yul Brenner was awesome. The remake is ok but I'll always love the original. This is amazing work! I WISH THERE WAS A REAL MOVIE WITH THESE CHARACTERS! OR a game would be AAA fantastic!

Yes just like "True Grit" 1969 version. The remake just wasn't even close to being as good. The actress that took Kim Darby's role as "Mattie" wasn't even close to as good. Jeff Bridges was pretty good but no John Wayne. They tried to put Matt Damon (who I really like as an actor) to replace Glen Campbell as La Boeuf - no comparison! The original can still make me cry but the remake just annoys me.

This is perfection, I always imagined this.. except Javier is Vasquez (the outlaw) Charles is Red Harvest (the Warrior) Bill is Jack Horne (the Tracker) Hosea is Goodnight (the Veteren) and the shopkeeper at Saint Denis gunsmith is Billy Rocks (the Assassin)
