Heard about u from Betty @ scrappassion01 who u inspired to make an adorable top hat...glad she mentioned u, I'm a fan already. Looks like I have a ton of new vids to catch up on! Balloon is awesome and so unique, would have never thought to do that
Really cute, but you could have used some silver paint and put a few drops in the ball and swirled it around and then let it sit upside down with something to catch the remaining paint and Wallaa, your done..Just a lot less for you to do..Really cute though!
