i kinda get it but i kinda dont . (SPOILER ALERT) you see liz isnt stupid she didint know bugsnax were a threat. but she also kinda is stupid cuz why would you think that something that makes you turn into food and is delicious isnt a parasite. i love this video btw❤

I'll throw out there though, she became responsible for every civilian she took with her.
It's one thing to bring your team of researchers along so if for example she just brought Floofty, Triffiny and Eggabelle that would have been sensible but she also brought a lot of just normal people along and quite a few that weren't exactly in the best shape of mind to begin with. She thought with her heart thinking of sharing this experience but forgot the danger of expeditions.
Eggabelle told her she always put her heart in the right place but almost never thought things through.

There's also a line when she's talking to filbo where she admits she THOUGHT she knew what everyone needed, she assumed what everyone in her team needed to get better was bugsnax and adventure. But they were all dealing with issues that needed professional help. Even eggabell needed help that lizbert couldn't give

I mean, I think holding a (literal) raffle for people to come to an uncharted island that there's many reports of people going missing on and tons of ship wrecks around is kinda stupid Shelda was literal when she said Liz held a raffle after all. Floofty and Triffany made sense to bring along, being both researchers. Whilst Snorpy kinda, as he's an engineer and Chandlo is an architect. Shelda, Gramble, and Wambus are only more so an iffy if they are even fit for it. But then there's people like Wiggle, Cromdo, Beffica, and Filbo who clearly aren't fit to actually come to an island that's honestly reportedly really dangerous.
(Not bringing up Eggabell since, obviously, as a medic and Liz's wife, she would come)

I'm sure it's that it if you got an ending on bugsnax( SPOILERS)you would know she ignored all the danger signs and that something that changes your body is a parasite tell me if I'm wrong tho!
