120g flour
20g powdered milk
360g milk
60g rose water or water
100g butter or oil
2 tsp saffron
Instructions:
1. Beat eggs, sugar, and vanilla with an electric mixer until pale and fluffy.
2. Add vegetable oil and mix well.
3. Sift the flour and baking powder, then gradually add to the mixture, folding gently.
4. Pour the batter into a baking mold and bake at 180°C for 40-45 minutes.
5. Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool.
Instructions for the Topping:
1. Lightly toast the flour to remove its raw taste.
2. Add powdered milk and mix well.
3. Gradually add milk and rose water while stirring continuously until it thickens.
4. Add butter or oil and mix well.
5. Finally, add saffron, stir, and remove from heat.
Final Step:
Pour the topping over the cake and smooth it out evenly.
Trim the edges of the cake for a clean and neat look.
