I made a similar sponge cake and shared it on my channel, but yours is on another level! Mine... well, it kinda turned out looking like a cute little monster. 😅 Looks like I've got a good excuse to make another video. Time for a cake do-over!

Looks delicious. However I would just use 1/2 cup of sugar instead of 1, 1/4 cups of sugar. Add 1 Tablespoon of lemon juice and 2 teaspoons of lemon zest will bring it to another delicious level. I like my cake not too sweet. Thank you for sharing. 😘😘🥰🥰.

It has to be plain flour as she is adding in baking powder....self raising flour has baking powder added in it.

That seems like a lot of oil for a sponge cake recipe. Sponge cakes usually have little to no oil or butter.

@@nancydlima1155she means 180 degrees Celsius so if you are in America you should use 356 Fahrenheit
