- This was the first Asymmetrical board I had ever surfed and it through me a few curve balls in the beginning. Once I got over the different nose, rails and outline though and just started surfing it, it made a whole lot more sense.
My Guest surfer, Dylan Reddering loved it and I have to say for me, it was the board of the bunch that he surfed the best. He did not choose it as his winner, but I think it was close.
The Dutchie Asymmetric Midlength comes as a blend of Twin (Toe Side) and Quad fin (Heel Side) made for a natural footer to surf. Good thing we had no Goofy Footers with us.
All in all an very different, yet very impressive Midlength Surfboard.

Always been an interest of mine, there is so much controversy around "asymmetrical boards" I think it's innovative and very creative as we all surf differently, this goes for foot placement as well. Looking forward to ol Dutchies board review;)

Seems to me the pointed end on the tail is designed for the bottom turn on rights and the other side for the top turn so maybe this would also be the board for a goofyfooter on there backhand?and therefore the other design may work better for a regular footer on lefts.

i see that the most of your surfboards have a similar size... what is the regular size that you use? 7'4 7'0?
I surf those dims on a midlength, on my shortboard 6’2-6’6 - currently surfing between a 7’6 mid and a 6’2 rocket wide both by CI.
