The glue i use is an edible glue so yes you can eat it. You can just use water if you dont have the edible glue ; )

It's not hard to make fondant but it's not as predictable as store bought fondant for me so that's why I buy it. I buy it white & then I colour it - except for the really bright colours where it's really hard to dye yourself - like bright red and bright green & black ; )

I can make it but I buy it because I use so much of it and I rather spend more time on decorating the cake than making the fondant ; )

little things such as these in the video water works just fine but if you were doing something large I'd use glue. Glue is stronger than water.
