I found your channel and I’ve been watching your videos which are quite interesting. I have a question, what is the difference between this product and your other mylight devices? Also the guidelines for your other products is 8 minutes, but the sauna blanket is 20-50 minutes? I heard in another one of your videos that prolonged times of infrared light does not give the same benefits. Could you please explain, thanks
Will the infrared waves in the sauna penetrate clothes that you're wearing or should you strive for as much skin exposure as possible? Mainly asking due to the testosterone producing benefits listed on your website and whether underwear messes that up.
Great question. Far-infrared wavelengths can easily penetrate through clothing, so you can definitely wear a layer underneath and get the same benefits. Some people wrap a towel around their waist during a session as a sweat absorbent and this works perfectly too.
@@mychondria Thanks for the reply! And may I ask you an unrelated question? I've found out about your channel through your discussion with Bart Kay that you had a few years ago and I heard you bring up an interesting point about how microwaving food might not be a good idea. I was wondering why that might be since the general belief is that microwaved food is perfectly safe.
@@antebellum1776 wow that’s a great throwback! I think it’s a topic where the majority of people will want to believe it’s safe, simply for the convenience it provides them. There’s a few risks that can occur from microwaving. The first is the exposure to yourself when nearby. Have measured the EMFs that come off when a microwave is on and my meter maxed out. The second is that if your food is in any toxic/plastic, the microwaving could lead to leeching of these substances into your food. Lastly, there is also evidence that your food nutritional value is degraded in this process. One study showed that microwaving various meats lead to a 30-40% degradation of vitamin B12: pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/10554220/

Only 212 views. Something wrong. Should be thousands of views. This is hot.
