Hi Clare, looking forward to seeing your lamb curry recipe. My granddad was from Lebanon and I cook a lot of Middle Eastern food, lamb and rice is one of our favourites. Very simple dish but the spices make it special. I also use mutton as if cooked right it has a delicious flavour 😊
