Slightly off target..............An interesting issue came up among friends which you might best address. When a person leaves the U.S. and moves to another country (maintaining their U.S. citizenship)a lot people no longer have access to the address that is on their passport since they are now living in Thailand or where ever. How does one rectify this issue. I don't think you can get an American passport with a foreign address Thanks.

At that time I could not reach Australia due to a little illness. My visa is valid till 8 October 2026 multiple entries,in effect. Now I want to enter Australia. Hi. I'm 30 years old and I'm an adopted son of us citizen who was my uncle. He adopted me when I was 1 year old baby abroad but the adoption has never been finalised in usa. So now, after 30 years, he want to file petition for me to join him to usa. So I want to know which category of immigrant visa am I? Which petition form he have to fill up for me despite now I'm 30 years old? Thanks for the reply
You will have to apply as any other person, you won't have any special conditions. You never received your green card or USA citizenship. This would have made this process easier if you had all this done as a child.
