Work with a framework that you personally enjoy or find the most productive, or that an employment prospect of yours is likely using (which could be React, but in this age there are certainly better frameworks to suggest using). Similarly, learning any framework off the bat without solid vanilla code understanding should be avoided.
I don't know about other roles But after Observing a lot of frontend devs on twitter I can surely say in future they will be merged + there will be an era of cool accessible annimation on the website which might also include 3d interaction which in niche category can become a second metaverse

I like doing devops to make pipelines efficient but not too much. So I am planning to gradually do full stack and some devops. The idea is to involve more in a software life cycle and also using ai tools and processes where it's needed.
So basically I’m last type pf guy, built a seamless git branching strategy that ensured more than two teams and multiple features can be deployed tested simultaneously, shit that saved a tonnn of time and mess and reduced the manual labour of cherry picking to zero.
I am a 3d enthusiast in gaming zone, can use almost any cad 3d soft comfortably and an artist in gimp, krita, inkscape zone, though I don't do them professionally, I made a personal plugin for figma that converts whatever I design into my preferable component (nuxt and svelte not next), I suck hard at front end not a fan of js ts, don't blame me for being lazy, I am a backend dev ops programmer, what do you expect 😂
Learning full stack dev along with Application dev and my dad keeps discouraging me. Good to know that these kinds of job profiles still arent completely AI automated

This is all good, but doing more than one can reduce code quality, doing more than one should be done when one is realy expert and then move next. T shape is good, but not scalable.
Designer + Developer always have lot of work to do. Before going into core development just sharpen your designing skill. You can be 30% designer + 70% developer. if you have enough time to learn and don't have any responsibilities than dedicate one year in CODING, be a hard core developer . There is a lot of money in coding.
Anything related to data nowadays are really well paying jobs since data is more precious than jewels, The time when Data engineering and DATA analyst/scientists jobs are fully automated by AI will be the time when AI’s have completely taken over the entire world and we have robots and stuff to do everything in our day to day life. In summary it’s still a long way for DATA jobs to be fully automated
