Slow and steady wins the race. Good save on the baby bunnies. Like I said before, nature has a way of paying it forward. Hopefully, the rest of the planting season goes smoothly for ya.
We have problems with animals out in our hay field. Couple of years ago I mowed a turkey nest with the mama sitting on it. Made a big mess, but we were able to save a few eggs and give them to one of our chickens to hatch. I’ve had another friend that had a fawn go through his mower. Makes you sick, but sometimes you just can’t see them.
One way to look at it is that one animals sacrifice is food for something else something will eat those that didn’t make it nothing goes to waste in nature
The mild winter has exploded the rabbit population. I,m sure your not the only one farming to nick a nest. . To many woodchucks also they are famous for making surprises in sandy fields
Sure is good to see the weather cooperate while your putting seed in the ground…gotta admit, I lmao when you called the deer an A-hole🤣you take care Ethan and keep em comin, as always I enjoyed it🇺🇸💪🏻🇺🇸
Nice to see you in the fields. The cat sounded pretty knarly pulling in this video. Your prep work on fields look really nice. Have you ever used your 77 on the drill?
Hopefully, the baby bunnies will survive, and the deer aren't even going to wait for the beans to come up. That sucks. Thanks for the video and I will see you later.
Man I sure hope you're luck changes and you have a great crop. Also if you're were in craztfornia you would probably be in jail for the wildlife incidents .

Good progress Ethan. Ground looks good. Thanks for taking us along. Take care. Fred.
Ethan, that's good it looks like a couple of fields down, hopefully the bunnies Will survive. Thanks Michael
I hope the Bunnies survive as well. The owl video honestly made me cry.
I hope the good weather holds out long enough to finish planting. After the battle you fought last fall, you deserve good weather this year.
After this wet spring and watching that 4-150 work, I’m tempted to buy a 4x4 tractor for next season. About had it with this wet spring.

I love your comment on the deer!

Looked like a really good day for field work!
It seems you just can't catch a break with the wildlife this year.
That Oliver 60 must not have straight cut gears as the whine of the transmision is not too bad. Very nice videos by the way.

Getin er done. Good luck with the rest of planting.

Cool shot on the disk
Beans planted last friday right at breaking through Don't know weather to hope for or hope we don't get heavy rain tonight Farm Boy!!
If or when you paint the fertilizer buggy it would look pretty sharp in clover white with meadow green under carriage, just sayin' 😉
I wonder how many acres of Wheat and Soybeans you have planted with that drill.
You need to carry that battery chain saw you carry on the combine.

Are the new blades workin good for ya buddy?
Maybe it has a weak coil
Weak coils show up when they get hot not cold.
Whatever points you gained with mother nature you lost when the deer popped in. I'm guessing their staking out a spot at the future dinner table.
Them deer are a big pain in the ass lol
