Hi All, i'm quite pleased with how this worked out by accident
The adding of the upper and lower screw boss metal extension tube to lock the hull together from twisting and lateral movement of the top deck i think is helpful, and the magnets pull them together.
And id highly recommend keeping at least 2 screw holes to really make sure you don't forget and rip all your wires out the control board.
Its really not a faff to undo 2 screws, replacing a board and re wiring is!.
The tubing just need to be able to push over the bosses and the magnets, and to fit inside of each other, so whats below is a guide, go to your local model shop and fine some there.

More great ideas to apply. Tanks😊
Thanks! And thanks for watching and taking the time to comment, have a great Sunday!
Great video and content were just so helpful. Now, I can do the same thing with Abrams as well. Thanks again for doing this video.
My pleasure 🙂
That mystery part looks like an airfix 1/72 scale Churchill tank suspension part! made loads of them! hahahaha
My god you’re a better man than me!, my little boy after his great Ormond street appointment makes us go to the imperial war museum (the old bedlam asylum) in Lambeth for lunch.
He saw it and said could I build it with him.
Never again, Christ almighty how fiddly are they!!! 😂
@@mrtankalotrctankschannel I doubt if i could see it any more! I find 1/16 much easier to paint!🤣 Been to the Imperial war museum about 40 times! it was much better in the 1970's, they had so much stuff on display, now its massively less, and more interactive. I remember one room with a huge glass cabinet, they had every single pickelhaube of every single regt of German army in ww1...been back about 3 times since 2000 but its just not the same now. You need to take him to the Tank musuem here in dorset, they have much bigger tanks for him to make....easier for you too🤣🤣🤣
Awesome content, I was just brainstorming about this yesterday thinking there has to be a better way and I think you did a great job! Thanks for sharing your experience and passion.
Thanks! And hopefully it was slightly useful ?? 🙂
For sure useful information and it’s like that with all your content uploads, I have had extra time to comment recovering from surgery and appreciate your genuine personality!
Churchill road wheel / running gear.
Spot on, and by god in 1/76 it’s a pain in the bum!! 😂
I’m utterly perplexed as to what magnetism works in the first place. It’s even more bonkers than gravity. But I’m going a bit off the point!
I know what you mean 🙂
