Wow, yet another work of art, it looks magnificent, everywhere you look there is more and more detail, its hard to pick out a favourite part and although its not easy to see its the detail in the booking office, thre booking office seems to bring the station to life, i also enjoyed watching the stairs and lifts from the road, i think the detail here is marvellous. I know im very behind with my viewing but i hope you and Laura had a wonderful Christmas, we've had a busy one with the Surrey family coming to stay on the 27th until the 2nd, Anne pulled out all the stops and we had a magnificent buffet for 13 of us the whole family. Hi Tony. Now listen here Tony, I had full confidence in you with your fantastic talent. Wow your patience is extraordinary. Getting super glue on your hands could be a problem if you touch the glazing. Don't know if you saw my dapol track cleaner vlog, but I got IPA over my hands and damaged the paintwork. What a wonderful looking model. Chimney pots are very realistic. With it lit up adds that extra realism. Think my favourite part was the canopy just for you patience and skills. Thanks Tony. An absolute joy to watch the completion of Tyne Dock station. Delivered on time (and probably on budget). Just a shame that the real railway can’t achieve that and keep trains running! Hello John, merry Christmas my friend. yes its been a journey and a half. i did not want to continue into the new year with Tyne Dock. so i spent most of christmas eve finishing of this build with only chimneys and painting to do. it just had to be done. so now all i need to do is just weather the facia. and maybe give the dog a drinking bowl. yep Sids dog will have its own drinking bowl...and that's it happy new year for another build. As for the gifts your are very welcome my friend. stay safe and hopefully we will catch up in 2025...all the best Tony.
Magnificent Tony, its totally transformed that area and the long view from SSS. Best bits - the integration station to both underpasses and the lift ( the detail in those mini scenes too). So well planned and talented to have the forethought to do it like that - thinking back to building the framework to accommodate this all those years ago….. hope you had a great day, all the best Stephen

Hope you had a nice, restful Christmas day after 9 months of producing such a beautiful station with all the trimmings. A testament to your skills, patience and passion for detail, there aren't many people out there who go that extra mile using materials like card and small strips of plasticard. I have so many favourite parts of the project, the lift and canopies are the standout areas for me, but I also love the beautiful interiors and things like the fountain, you've made something yet again that is totally unique! All the best for the festive season and looking forward to what you're going to do next!

Love it mate; favourite part of the build was the canopy glazing as it reminded me of the pain I went through doing similar for my model of Bacup (was in Oct 2014 issue of BRM in case you are curious). Well worth the effort. I totally get the love of creating buildings, been working on a model of Sandside station building myself, 14 months in and it's nearing completion. Biggest challenge I faced was that there was no suitable embossed stone available (4mm) so had to hand scribe it into Plastikard. Sounds tedious but really enjoyed it, as it meant I could get all the lintels, sills, quoins, etc., where they should be without compromise.

Amazing work, Tony. Not only in the attention to detail, but the reinforcing, such as turning the chimney stays and plinths into a linking board like rebar to reinforce and strengthen the chimney for a sturdier product. Beautiful result! Wishing you and yours a very Merry Christmas.

I went back to the start of this project as I had forgotten what the previous station was like. What a difference. A superb build as always from you. The building looks fantastic. You must be pleased. Will you be showing the alterations to what was the entrance to the old station? A Happy Year to you and your family.

The old station had the entrance at the upper street level. now that that area has been flattened, it will make way for two or three possible buildings. but i have not thought of what to put there. i did have a few ideas maybe a police station. but we shall have to see. all the best. The station looks amazing. I truly admire your patience and stamina, which enabled you to complete the rebuilding of the station. you have included so much detail, and it looks extremely realistic and detailed. Do you ever use tweezers when holding very small items in order to adhere glue to them? Meanwhile, I dare say, Mrs Simms was cooking the spouts for twelve hours, but at least the Vicker was able to participate in a few pints of Wobley Bob from the Saracen's Head, along with Roy The Roofer and his friends, after being paid for overtime to finish the roof off. Was Bob The Brickey let out for Christmas, for good behaviour? Mr Whats Is Name, was probably counting the number of tiles to make sure it was the correct number. Hopefully, Sid The Station Master was also pleased that the contract for the rebuild for finished within the timeframe. Mr Grounel from The Council was no doubt reluctantly dragged along to the Christmas Meal, at The Saracen's Head. Then Maisy the clerical assistant from Human Resources got in a muddle and could not remember if she had ordered a Pashwari Nan or a Plain Nan when it came to splitting paying the bill.

Hello John, merry Christmas my friend. yes its been a journey and a half. i did not want to continue into the new year with Tyne Dock. so i spent most of christmas eve finishing of this build with only chimneys and painting to do. it just had to be done. so now all i need to do is just weather the facia. and maybe give the dog a drinking bowl. yep Sids dog will have its own drinking bowl...and that's it happy new year for another build.
As for the gifts your are very welcome my friend. stay safe and hopefully we will catch up in 2025...all the best Tony.
Magnificent Tony, its totally transformed that area and the long view from SSS. Best bits - the integration station to both underpasses and the lift ( the detail in those mini scenes too). So well planned and talented to have the forethought to do it like that - thinking back to building the framework to accommodate this all those years ago….. hope you had a great day, all the best Stephen

Hope you had a nice, restful Christmas day after 9 months of producing such a beautiful station with all the trimmings. A testament to your skills, patience and passion for detail, there aren't many people out there who go that extra mile using materials like card and small strips of plasticard. I have so many favourite parts of the project, the lift and canopies are the standout areas for me, but I also love the beautiful interiors and things like the fountain, you've made something yet again that is totally unique! All the best for the festive season and looking forward to what you're going to do next!

My favourite part of the build has to be that first camera shot of it all lit up and completed. Just jaw droppingly realistic! Worth every minute you have put in to it. What a wonderful result!❤

Love it mate; favourite part of the build was the canopy glazing as it reminded me of the pain I went through doing similar for my model of Bacup (was in Oct 2014 issue of BRM in case you are curious). Well worth the effort.
I totally get the love of creating buildings, been working on a model of Sandside station building myself, 14 months in and it's nearing completion. Biggest challenge I faced was that there was no suitable embossed stone available (4mm) so had to hand scribe it into Plastikard. Sounds tedious but really enjoyed it, as it meant I could get all the lintels, sills, quoins, etc., where they should be without compromise.

Amazing work, Tony. Not only in the attention to detail, but the reinforcing, such as turning the chimney stays and plinths into a linking board like rebar to reinforce and strengthen the chimney for a sturdier product. Beautiful result! Wishing you and yours a very Merry Christmas.

I went back to the start of this project as I had forgotten what the previous station was like. What a difference. A superb build as always from you. The building looks fantastic. You must be pleased.

The old station had the entrance at the upper street level. now that that area has been flattened, it will make way for two or three possible buildings. but i have not thought of what to put there. i did have a few ideas maybe a police station. but we shall have to see. all the best. The station looks amazing. I truly admire your patience and stamina, which enabled you to complete the rebuilding of the station. you have included so much detail, and it looks extremely realistic and detailed. Do you ever use tweezers when holding very small items in order to adhere glue to them? Meanwhile, I dare say, Mrs Simms was cooking the spouts for twelve hours, but at least the Vicker was able to participate in a few pints of Wobley Bob from the Saracen's Head, along with Roy The Roofer and his friends, after being paid for overtime to finish the roof off. Was Bob The Brickey let out for Christmas, for good behaviour? Mr Whats Is Name, was probably counting the number of tiles to make sure it was the correct number. Hopefully, Sid The Station Master was also pleased that the contract for the rebuild for finished within the timeframe. Mr Grounel from The Council was no doubt reluctantly dragged along to the Christmas Meal, at The Saracen's Head. Then Maisy the clerical assistant from Human Resources got in a muddle and could not remember if she had ordered a Pashwari Nan or a Plain Nan when it came to splitting paying the bill.

Tweezers i do use tweezers sometimes but with these strip to much pressure makes them flip over and create more issues than they are worth, square strips work better with tweezers,
