People it isn't that simple. Yes we all want VC to be more aggresive pertaining to scoring. But at this stage of his career he is a role player/sixth man. With that being stated, he doesn't have a large sum of a contract and that basically means he most likely has shot restrictions. Yes, that does exist. Just ask Tracy McGrady about that. Guys with the larger contracts on the team will play the mosy minutes and have the most plays ran for them even if they are in a slump. It is all politics now. That is why VC numbers are never consistent. One game he hits 20, next two games he averages 10. Look at the box score. One game, 30 min, 14 FGA. Next few games, 22 min, 8FGA. No those aren't his stats, just an example to validate my premise and prove a point.
Its tuff for vc to be consistent when his rotation is all screwed up . He is and will always be my fav basketball player of all time n i jus wished he had the desire to still be a star like dirk does .. He still has alot of game left imo . Hes far from done .but the usage of a player comes into factor wit his numbers. If he still played 30 to 35 mins he could still be averaging 20 points and maybe even 6.5 to 7 assists a game cuz hes shutch an underrated passer n hes great in the pick and roll
