    Hello
    I want to extend the signal from a PC Gamer to a 1080p TV screen, is there a problem with the FPS (frame per seconds)?
    Or that refresh rate of the image is given by the monitor or the video card?
    In my case it would be an Nvidia GTX1070.
    regards

    Hi, I would like to use this but over PowerLine plugs from one room (living room with Sky-Q Box) to another room (bedroom) could that work ?. if so, I presume the powerline units would have to be of a certain spec/speed - can you elaborate. Many thanks

    Do I need to connect the IR cable if all I want to do is to connect from remote PC to my PC? what if I have walls between rooms?
    Regarding the CAT6 cable - do I need a crossover cable? (If I'm not connecting through a switch)

    • @tesla-smart969
      @tesla-smart969  6 років тому

      If you don't need to use IR you could leave IR cables don't connect. It doesn't matter whether there is wall.
      Don't use crossover cat cable, follow T568B standard.

    Hello, I bought an extender pair (transmitter/receiver) and it works fine. I will soon buy another pair because I use two monitors. In the user manual, it is written the following: "When using multi-connection, the 1000 Mbps network switch should support IGMP protocol (Not IGMP snooping)". Can you give an example of a not very expansive switch that will work? What means "Not IGMP snooping" ? I see two meanings: a) It is enough for the switch to support the IGMP protocol. It can support also IGMP snooping, but it is not mandatory; b) A switch that supports IGMP snooping will not work. It should only support the IGMP protocol. Which is the correct meaning? I intend to buy a switch, but many of them support IGMP snooping, so I am not sure if they will work. Thank you!

    Does this work with protect display content? Like Disney streaming or Netflix?
    Also what if you pug this device through a managed network switch, utilising existing cables instead of laying a dedicated ethernet cable? And what about Vlans for security reasons.... also protocol dpes it use?

    • @tesla-smart969
      @tesla-smart969  2 роки тому

      It compatible with HDCP 1.1, if your source is HDCP protected, your display also must support HDCP. Use Cat5e/6 ethernet cable with T568B order. It canbe managed by VLANs, and the network switch must support IGMP protocol (Not IGMP snooping) if you use several transmitters in a local area network.

    Hello, thanks for the information,, to transmit different videos to several screens, how can I do it?
    You know that I have a funeral home and I want to put screens to process a photo of the person with the data of the same, as well as a small video type that is reproducing all day. There are 4 chapels, then there would be 4 different videos with 4 different screens. You tell me I have to have 4 PC? or 4 different devices (sources) to transmit? Can not do everything from a single PC? Thanks in advance.

    Hi, work with mouse and keyboard wifi??? Work in a Lan network with DHCP range 192.168.1.2-255??

    • @tesla-smart969
      @tesla-smart969  3 роки тому +1

      The KVM extender don't support DHCP, they all have self IP addresses, but they can work in a LAN with IP address range 192.168.1.0/24 (or other range like 192.168.3.0/24) . We don't suggest to put the extenders and other network devices in a same LAN. If you did need to do this, you should use a network switch which support VLAN configuration and separate the extenders from other network devices.
