    I gotta say, that knob/screen looks pretty damn sweet and above all, usable! I think for the price is a very interesting keyboard. I guess my main gripe would be that it's not really that much thinner than a cherry profile keyboard, or is it? Definitely doesn't look that thin from what I can see. I really like how low profile looks, but sadly the hobby doesn't really have much to offer. I don't lose hope, but I think it won't happen any time soon.

    I love the look of this keyboard but I wish you can order it with Linear switches

    27:50 I'd bet that windows indicator is the win-key LOCK, not a mode indicator. Try tapping FN+WIN. 🤔

      Damn, you are good. That's exactly what it is! Came through faster than RK could respond to it, thanks!

    Have been looking at this, NuPhy air 75 and the Red Dragon K652 as I get fatigue in my wrists really quickly from normal mechanical keyboards. Do you have any preference when it comes to these boards or any other recommendation that’s 75 layout and ergonomic? Don’t really have any budget, but preferably not more expensive than the NuPhy :) Really liking your channel, just found it some weeks ago :) BR from Sweden

      To be honest with you, I can't work for long bouts with a low profile, I mainly use them as couch or web surfing boards. Coding requires a solid typing surface with proper travel and for me, using a low chin keyboard with long pole/short travel tactile switches on a gasket mounted board ensures me that I'll be able to type for hours without any pain or fatigue.
      I'm glad to hear you like the channel, thanks for watching and cheers from the US!

    Wonderful keyboard. Greetings from the Philippines. I am intrigued if the knob and screen can be replaced. Knowing knobs, it will run into problems...would have been nice though if it can be replaced or do we replace including the screen?

      This knob and screen is not replaceable.

      Here you go, two GIFs I made from a video, one fit better on the RK N80, but I don't recall which of the two, so both are included, enjoy!

    By the way, would be awesome to hear your thoughts on this very peculiar keyboard I found online, it's called MACHENIKE KT68 Pro and it has a MASSIVE screen that reminds me of the cyberboard.

    Do you know if the software works on Mac/ios? I’ve heard conflicting information that it doesn’t work or is not available on Mac.

      @MechKeyboards  5 місяців тому

      The keyboard works on Mac, the software only works on Windows.

    Is it compatible to other normal keycaps and switches?

    • @MechKeyboards
      @MechKeyboards  4 місяці тому

      Keycaps, maybe, depending on the clearance, switches, no. Almost every manufacturer uses a slightly different pin layout.

    Nuphy Air75 killer?

    • @MechKeyboards
      @MechKeyboards  7 місяців тому

      Could be if it was aluminum, but I think it's better in plastic.
