The Mystery of Magic with Dr. Stephan Hoeller

What is Magic? Is it good, bad or indifferent? Is it white or black? Or, more importantly, is it High (Transcendental) or personalistic and earthbound? Is the “Law of Attraction” extolled by New Thought often used like black magic, as Manly P. Hall believed?
Dr. Hoeller was exposed early in his life to Gypsy (Romany) magic in his native Hungary and has studied magic within a Kabbalistic context. He was also a friend of the late Dr. Israel Regardie, one of the last experts on ceremonial magic. His approach to the subject is informed by Jungian psychology and Gnosticism.

Stephan A. Hoeller was Manly P. Hall's principal lecturing associate at PRS for over 20 years. He is a noted scholar and lecturer on Gnosticism and the message of C.G. Jung. He is the author of five books and President of Besant Lodge of the Theosophical Society on Beachwood Drive in Hollywood.

I have another lecture by Mr hoeller that I have listened to many times, one about the life of Carl Yung.
I decided to listen to another, I was not disappointed. I have a feeling I'll be listening to many more.
