    Fast Correcting Cream is great stuff and it smells nice too which is really rare for compounds and polishes. The only very minor downside of FCC is that it can sometimes be a little difficult to wipe off. My number one cutting compound is Sonax Cutmax - it has a similar level of cut as the FCC, has no scent, and is very easy to wipe off. Fast Correcting Cream is my second favorite and is probably the best bang for the buck compound in terms of level of cut for the price.

      @MeanBee392  5 років тому

      Thank you very much for sharing your experience and thoughts on the FCC. I haven't ever used any of the Sonax products but now hearing your experience with them really makes me want to try some out! Thanks for the info and I appreciate you watching and commenting!

    I switched to Griots FCC a while back. It’s amazing. If you don’t wanna wait for it to dry to remove. Just use a little less product. Saves you a little bit on your product and you can just wipe off immediately and go on.

    • @MeanBee392
      @MeanBee392  4 роки тому

      I absolutely LOVE the FCC and glad to hear that you also like it as well! I had a brain fart and for some dumb reason was thinking it was a paint sealant and needed to haze up before removing... That is not the case at all just hit it with the microfiber right away and it wipes off SO easy! Thanks for watching and commenting!

    Couple of tips. 1. Store the bottle upside down! I made a thing in my stage shelf for them. Take em where I want. That way everything is at the top and it mixes faster.
    2. There is no need to leave it on to dry. There are no sealants or waxes in it to bond. Just wipe er off and continue on!!
    3 check out Alex Detail. Brian goes over different tapes. He is a vet over 30 years experience. There are different tapes. And one he uses is really low profile so the adhesive doesn’t get sucked in out how ever you look at it. Good guy, you can call him or email him. He responds.
    Meat and potatoes videos. No BS! I emailed him a question and he answered pretty quick.
    I started doing all this by hand in the 89s.
    Cheers man. Have fun. The Boss line rocks. I use an orange pad and correcting cream. Few dots of perfecting and it finishes out awesome!

    • @MeanBee392
      @MeanBee392  5 років тому

      I have checked out his channel and he has a great channel and is VERY knowledgeable! That was my mistake and a brain fart thinking that it needed to dry and I feel like an idiot for having that in the video. That's awesome to hear that you can contact him and he will get back to you. I am just an armature and I do it on the side and for fun and I am always learning. I want to use more of the BOSS line because it is a very solid line up. That's awesome to know about using the orange pad with the two compounds to make a one step polish and I am going to have to try that out! Thanks for all the info and watching and commenting I really appreciate it! Take care buddy!

    Looks like you could use a finishing pad to really work in the product to get a nice finish. Looks like it works like a 3 in 1.

    • @MeanBee392
      @MeanBee392  5 років тому +1

      That would work really good! It is a great product and my favorite compound to date and it does work like a 3 in 1 and that surprised me because it is their most aggressive cutting compound but finishes so good! Thanks for watching and commenting!

    I just bought this for my truck this week. Going to do it this weekend. Your Hood looked great. Now a recommendation for you on the rock chips, I bought the Dr. Colorchip chip repair kits for my truck, motorcycle and wife's car and it works great. Look into that system if you want to easily repair rock chips. Great video.

    Of course I made it that far! 😂 Car looked great and I knew you would like it. Man i have done that with the bottles 1 to many times but atleast i know i am not the only one. 😂 One tip though it doesn’t need to dry. It is best to remove it immediately in fact if it fully dries it would be very hard to remove. Great video brother

    Is that white pad you used close to an orange "cutting " pad correct? Or is this more a polishing pad you used? You bridged the Gap and made this a one step so just curious what that pad in the brand is considered. Thanks for the video

    • @MeanBee392
