I like both of these products! I reviewed the Brilliant Finish Rinseless wash a few weeks ago and love it. The Brilliant Finish is suppose to be 1oz per gallon and I noticed you used 1 ounce per 2 1/2. Did it seem ok at that ratio. I know the Rinseless Wash and Wax is 1oz per 2 gallons. I need to try the wash and wax as a Detailer and drying aid like I have seen others do. Car turned out great and I wouldn’t expect anything less out of Griot’s. $13 for half a gallon is really cheap for this product.
That rinseless wash and wax mixed 15:1 is an INSANE drying aid or rinse aid. Spectacular results and added shine with little effort. Joe at Next Level Detailing has got a video demonstrating it which is how I learned of it. It's expensive but worth it imo.
Brian your camera work is really great! Your microscope is an Awesome tool that really tells the story and takes the guesswork out of what is really going on between your sponge or pad and your paint. Thank you for your innovative techniques and OCD, it’s really a blessing to all of us:)
I know they have plenty of different waterless wash products. They work but it depends what you like to work with. I myself love the Adams ceramic waterless wash. You really do an excellent job with these products. I use a battery leaf blower for drying my car. I just purchased the Adams master blaster sidekick and will see how it works. The big red sponge does a great job.One day maybe you can do a video on different drying options.Blower compressed air and the old fashion shammy.
Awesome video ! I have a two gallon pump sprayer for my rinse-less wash. Just normal garden type sprayer from local tractor supply store. Cheap and easy to pump up 🤘🏼
Washed a clients black car with Griot’s rinseless wash n wax. Then used the waterless dilution for extra lubrication when drying. Holy dust Batman. I couldn’t give the client the car back like that, so I stripped and dried using bead maker. Dried the car faster and way less dust!!
Late to this party regarding rinseless wash, but just picked up both these products. Thank you for the detailed video! Am going to try both these out this weekend. Again, a big thanks for your in depth review !
Hi Brian I noticed in one of your earlier videos a quick mention about Ardes Miracle class cleaner. I hate cleaning windows also so I gave it a try. Its somewhat costly but it works great. Thanks for another great tip
Off topic... But I was impressed with the both hands spraying the bottles! 😁 I don't know why, but I just can't do a rinseless wash! I have to have water.. That car looked AMAZING!
I can use water on my property...and really enjoy the foaming and other aspects of a water wash....but it is out of the question at the shop...the township forbids run-off😢
Used the product for the first time due to the unavailability of O&R which i have used for many years . I was really surprised by the slickness when using it & gloss after use .
Hey Brian, can you please remind me where you get your clear (see-thru) buckets that you use (and cap off to use again later)...I can't find the video you show a link...wasn't it a restaurant supply??? love the videos...you're the best teacher . thank you
Noticed the PA plate on that car. decided to look you up. only 1 1/2 from me. I'll have to drive my C4 there to see if I can get some advice for the best direction to repair some swirling on my black paint.
Thanks Brian - Do you have an opinion on which RW has specifically the most cleaning power? I'd also be curious if you have tried McKees N-914. cheers!
Looking forward to your thoughts - I’m currently testing N914 as a cleaner that can go all the way around, inside and out - including glass (ugh) ... I’m trying to streamline the process and one way is cutting down on having a chemical for each step.. of course I’ll keep purpose specific products on hand to address any tough spots. As always, we thank you for all you do for our community !!
Apex Detail N-914 is a solid product with great cleaning abilitiy. It’s very versatile. ONR and N-914 are my favorites and I alternate. I’m looking forward to hearing what you think when you do your review of N-914. McKee’s has a solid product lineup. Also try their SiO2 tire dressing it’s my all time favorite!
Hey Brian - question regarding rinseless washes. Products such as Citrol 266 or an Adams APC type cleaner; would you consider following up after either of those with a few wipes of a rinseless wash "rinsing" the area? So for spot treating bugs for instance, can I put that stuff on my paint, let it dwell (in a controlled manner) and wipe it up with rinseless and be OK?
I have to imagine that with all the new products hitting the market from different companies at around the same time, that there is a single manufacturer that produces these cleaning products. The detailing supply companies then tweak it and put their label on it.
There's more than one manufacturer, but you're more or less correct. There are only a few who actually produce their own stuff. TAC System is one. TAC also makes coatings and other products for some of the other big names. The manufacturers will sometimes tailor the products to the specific requests of consumer vendors. So you may still get a unique blend even if similar products, available from 3 different companies, are made by the same manufacturer
You mentioned it wasn't a lubricating as other rinseless products you use. Do you have a recommendation for products you like that may lubricate more when washing? Where does Uber Rinseless fall in your opinion? Thx.
I love your channel hands down one of the best. I need your honest opinion for the highest gloss and slickness between the griots garage wash and wax rinseless and the McKees yellow wash and wax rinseless. I'm trying to choose one that has the most gloss and slickness
Why so many towels for DRYING the car? I would have thought more towels (or more BRS!) would be useful during the wash. After all, that's when you're removing "dirt". Thanks for the video.
It's not the time. It's how you have to be WAY more careful doing a rinseless wash. You use a lot more towels as well. You have to flip the towel constantly, make sure you wipe the correct way, etc. On the flip side, I think it's very important to us a drying aid after a traditional wash. Brian has rinseless down to a science, however.
@ultimate focus. Meguiars waterless wash and wax it’s good, smells incredible but, it’s expensive compared with these 2 rinseless washes. The ultimate wash and wax is a ready to use formula.
@@oliveraton86 In this case I imagine that meguiar's detailer D115 express wash & wax rinse free, must be excellent and not come back too expensive! Thank you
Another great video! Curious did I hear you say this car has no coating? If not, the end result has a really nice shine and gloss. As always great job Brian!
I like your videos but this is a rinseless wash. Rinseless washes I would assume are mainly used when there are water restrictions like I am in right now - I can’t use a hose to remove heavier stuff 😂
Apex Detail I had these on my Amazon list already. Probably from one of your previous videos. Will order them now. Thanks for the link and for your great content.
Quick detailer? There are so many out there that provide much better results bead maker vo7 speed shine best of show detailer the list goes on its so redundant all these detailer sprays and rinseless washes its starting to become a joke i know your probably getting all these products for free to do these reviews which to the normal public we dont have that kind of cash to be blowing on the same redundant products!!! Thanks man
Dude there are a ton of great products available now. That is great for US! He shows us each product in great detail gives us a heads up on positives AND negatives. Pick one and if it works...stick with it. If you are blowing your cash.... and dont have money to do it... why are you even watching a product review? Go watch a Dave Ramsey video for Christ sake. Lol
Duke Eligos ur not getting my point i have all the money in the world thats not the issue my issue that he knows as well as the manifactures that all these products are just repeating themselves over and over especially if you have a white painted vehicle or light colored car just my opinion
Hey there i recently started watching your channel And i like some of your content but honestly these rinseless washes are a bunch of bullshit u still need some water or a lot of microfiber to do it properly and also its very costly and time consuming ive tried them all not to mention some of the products smell so bad that i had to throw out my towels it was awful mastersons was and shine was the worst of them all!!! So let me hear your thoughts
BTW...per the comment section of the last video...it will be CanCoat and TAC Moonlight. I will Get to work on it! Cheers!
Apex Detail look forward to it... like all of your videos!
I have heard quite a lot about Moonlight, and it's a product available to me in the UK.
Look forward to your next post.
Cheers
Kevin
I sincerely hope you come out with a BEST OF video.... So many products! Not sure what to use anymore...
I plan on it.👍🙂

It is ok at that ratio...If pre treated at 15:1 before hand. On its own...would be a bit on the weak side.
That rinseless wash and wax mixed 15:1 is an INSANE drying aid or rinse aid. Spectacular results and added shine with little effort. Joe at Next Level Detailing has got a video demonstrating it which is how I learned of it. It's expensive but worth it imo.
Absolutely!
Did you see all his videos where he show all the equipment he use to perform safely rinseless wash?
Goodness, I learn so much from your videos, Brian. "Thank you" somehow doesn't seem sufficient, but thank you anyway!
Brian your camera work is really great! Your microscope is an Awesome tool that really tells the story and takes the guesswork out of what is really going on between your sponge or pad and your paint.

Sounds like a winner!
Knocked-out-of the-park explanation! Way to go PapaSmurf! 👍🏼👍🏼

The microscope is amazing, more vids with that for sure man. Keep it up
MUCH more to come...stay tuned!
Outstanding like always.
Omg! That looks like my vehicle’s dirty paint. I am taking notes! Thanks for the video
Hi Brian I noticed in one of your earlier videos a quick mention about Ardes Miracle class cleaner. I hate cleaning windows also so I gave it a try. Its somewhat costly but it works great. Thanks for another great tip
You are absolutely correct...a tiny bit on the pricey side...but VERY effective.
Off topic... But I was impressed with the both hands spraying the bottles! 😁 I don't know why, but I just can't do a rinseless wash! I have to have water.. That car looked AMAZING!

I know this is a video that has been out for a long time but that’s an amazing finish on that Camaro. Great work.
Really like using rinseless wash and this was a great video showing us how it's done .
I found Brilliant rinseless wash on my local pepboys... i will buy it when run out of onr

As the car showed, no swirls so the BRS does work even with these products. Nice job.
Exactly!!
Noticed the PA plate on that car. decided to look you up. only 1 1/2 from me. I'll have to drive my C4 there to see if I can get some advice for the best direction to repair some swirling on my black paint.
Looks incredible! Like glass! What was the main product/base layer for protection you used the first time you detailed the Camaro?
IGL Quartz PLUS
How would you compare the rinseless wash to ONR?
Nice review by the way 👍✌️
I would reach for ONR first.
Apex Detail what is your preferred rinse less wash?
Thanks Brian - Do you have an opinion on which RW has specifically the most cleaning power? I'd also be curious if you have tried McKees N-914. cheers!
914 is here...but have not had enough time testing it. I will get to showcasing it as some point in the near future.
Looking forward to your thoughts - I’m currently testing N914 as a cleaner that can go all the way around, inside and out - including glass (ugh) ... Great video. How do they compare to the ONR and ONR W&W products? Or Wolfgang Uber rinseless wash?
I would reach for ONR first honestly....but its not far behind.
Nice work, I saw the car on your Instagram page and thought it was coated! 👍
It is IGL Quartz Plus a while back.
If you were able to choose just 3 liquids to do all your correction what would they be ?
3D ACA 500, 3D ONE, Sonax Cut and Finish
Do you think it would be less effective (or cause more scratches) if I did the 2 bucket method with a wash mitt?

You mentioned it wasn't a lubricating as other rinseless products you use. Do you have a recommendation for products you like that may lubricate more when washing? Where does Uber Rinseless fall in your opinion? Thx.
How do these compare to their Best of Show Detailer? I just bought it 3 weeks ago and have used it on my black SUV and it is pretty good.
On the same level as using wash n wax does as a quick detailer.
Glad to see you're doing more rinseless washes. Would you still feel comfortable doing a contact wash if you didn't have the K&B or the leaf blower?
I love your channel hands down one of the best. I need your honest opinion for the highest gloss and slickness between the griots garage wash and wax rinseless and the McKees yellow wash and wax rinseless. I'm trying to choose one that has the most gloss and slickness
Beautiful buggy
Great video! Is there a link you can provide for those orange do-it-all towels?
My apologies...I put it up in the description box.🙂
Thanks for the video Brian! You say you wish the BFR had more lubrication but why is that if it performed a mar-free finish as is?
What I said was...I wish Griots garage Rinseless wash had a bit more lubrication under the sponge and towel. It lacks there a tiny bit.
Why so many towels for DRYING the car? I would have thought more towels (or more BRS!) would be useful during the wash. After all, that's when you're removing "dirt". Thanks for the video.
Thanks Brian! Does the brilliant finish call for a waterless dilution on the label like the wash n wax does?
It does.
Thanks for another great review video. You looked like a gunslinger with the two spray bottles going !
The good...the bad...and me...the ugly!😂
Do you have a link for those clear buckets you are using?
Right...
Right
I wish I could supply a link...I found them in a restaurant supply store...as food storage bins.
Ok thanks. Great channel and thanks for all your reviews.
Thanks... Guess we'll have to do it the traditional way... (Online search...) 😏
Beautiful work. 😀 Is a rinseless wash more time consuming vs traditional? Or are they pretty much the same time?

A little more time...more care...and like Brewinz mentions...a hell of a lot of towels.
Do you know if the Brilliant Finish will be available at retail stores
Some are...some have to be ordered depending on your location.
Can I used this on tire ? On undercarriage area I can reach by hands ?thanks
Good job ! 👍
What do you think about meguiar's ultimate waterless wash & wax anywhere? Thank you
@ultimate focus.
Thank you
A bit pricey compared to many of the rinseless washes out there...but a good solid product.

That car looked bad ass, mirror shine. What tire dressing did you use. Thanks
Gyeon Q2 Tire
Can you do a review on meguiar’s Pro Hybrid ceramic sealant
Another great video! Curious did I hear you say this car has no coating? If not, the end result has a really nice shine and gloss. As always great job Brian!
It does...IGL Quartz PLUS.
Nice video ! Do you use "normal" water into your spray ?
Tap water yes.

another great video again buddy. little pricey but not terrible. ur turning into a product junkie..lol.b well
Turning....buddy...I have been!
Great video....But I expect nothing less from you.
Awe!
Do ypu use filter or distilled water i find using some rinsless wash leaving a white residue
In my area...it is a must...we have serious hard water problems.
Brian where can we get the clear wash buckets you use
I found mine at a restaurant supply store...as food supply bins.
I like your videos but this is a rinseless wash. Rinseless washes I would assume are mainly used when there are water restrictions like I am in right now - I can’t use a hose to remove heavier stuff 😂
Can you add the link for the microfiber towels you used in the video?
Up in the description box. My bad...I just added the link.
Apex Detail I had these on my Amazon list already. Probably from one of your previous videos. Will order them now. Thanks for the link and for your great content.
So, ONR is #1?
ONR is always near the top for me.
Who has all these products and tools @ home. Lol
Does it work on soiled underwear?
You should use Gyeon Fabric coat on them.
Too troublesome, blower n jets spray.
Griot's Garage products seem ok, Big Red Sponge, nope!
This video is a FAILURE.
using water with a rinseless cart wash is completely ironic.
