- First impression of the stunning Orient RA-AB0F08E. This watch with the Orient F4902 movement what is an upgrade from the 60 year old Orient 469 movement is one of the affordable watches from this line. You still have no manual winding but you do get a quickset for the date and weekday.
With a 40 hour power-reserve this a great and good looking workhorse for everyone who like a good and beautiful watch. - Наука та технологія

Orient is owned by Epson, which is a part of the same holding as Seiko but operates independently.

Nice watch. Clear legible dial, 38mm case size would have been better.
I own the seiko srpe51 and srpe53 which i find to be excellent watches (new seiko 5 series). Is this of a similar quality?
It's more or les the same level, this keeps time better than average and the only bad part is the bracelet but the low level Seiko 5 watches have the same bracelet. same factory I suppose But with the old endlink and a new bracelet it is a lot better... I collect Orient so this one is a keeper
Is this watch worth it for $125? I've been very tempted to get it. I love the green dial.
I can't tell you if it's worth it for you... But the watch is great, runs very good en looks like a million bucks. Only minor point is the bracelet... but the watch if a great little fellow, it beats a Seiko 5

The cheap and cheerful 3 Star tends to tick forever. Strangely enough, the flimsy bracelet is not that bad to wear.
The Bracelet is the week spot of the watch indeed! I did buy a replacement bracelet and used the original endlinks....
