    Australian athlete Tia-Clair Toomey is the most dominant female CrossFit® athlete of all time. She's the only person to have won the title of World's Fittest Woman™ three times, in 2017, 2018, and 2019.
    We spoke to her to learn everything we could about her #CrossFit #diet: her calories, #macros, #supplements, and more. It turns out she takes CBD pre workout, which was pretty surprising, but she has a pretty interesting reason why.

    So overall 5 and a half hours training a day but only eating 2500 calories?

      If she hit the top of her ranges (150P, 250C, 75F) she's at 2275. I feel like she would consume a lot more.

      I see your point but she's quite small, though, I think the average 5'4" woman of her weight would have a resting rate of like 1350 calories. So someone her sizing burning that much, keeping in mind a lot of the workouts are skill or strength based and not actually burning THAT many calories, I can see it. - Nick

      @@Barbend don't b so crazy, an average person sitting on the sofa all day needs approximately 1700_1900 just 2 stay as they are, this is clearly bullshit. The muscle mass & her training intensity would never survive on 2300kcals, & there's no mention of her PED stack either!!

    Would love to see what her real training expenditure and calorie intake is because these numbers are very suspect. No chance the "fittest woman on earth" with all that muscle has a bmr that low to make the numbers balance.

      Efficiency? Seems pretty close to what an RP diet Template looks like for an athlete.

      @@DarthTerminatti it's 2000 kcals there's absolutely no chance on this earth that's all she eats for the amount of training she does. PED'S are calorie free tho 😑

    Guys, try to understand Donald Trump is not Vladimir Putin..... She is the fittest woman. Her body and chemical composition definitely differ from others, So she does what her body can get and seems her mind stronger than most of us. SHOW SOME RESPECT AND LOVE!

    I’m pretty sure 75g of fat, 250g carbs, and 150g protein equals 2,275 calories…and that’s all the high end of what she says she eats! So not enough food for someone as active and competitive as she is…probably doesn’t have a period either 😟

    Training for so many hours and eating just 2500, cant believe it srsly. She must be in huge deficit every day.

      Womans require waaayyy less calories than us. But probably with that diet I also believe that she would be in some deficit as well

      @@rasher331 using an online calculator, with her age, weight, height and high intensity exercises everyday, to maintain her weight she would need 2485, almost exactly 2500. Not too far from what she eats

      flamencomagick ... depends on how you define “fittest”. The tests they go through are pretty demanding and decently well rounded. Long distance plus gymnastics plus strength plus speed etc.
      She’s won a number of worldwide competitions against a number of women from around the world across all sorts of physical competitions.
      Unless you have a better way to test it... seems like she’s proven it.
