I love this video so much. I have watched many other videos and some are too simple and others are too deep. This is exactly what I was looking for. This is information presented in a way that I can understand it more than memorize it. Also the fact that you speak a bit like a robot and don't move, helps me focus more in the video. My doctor had me stop taking diuretics, I also add electrolytes to my water after exercising. Twitches & cramps went away!

Romina, Phosphorus & chloride ARE electrolytes, but this video just covers four of the most common ones in detail (Mg, K, Ca, Na). We'll be sure to include phosphorus in future electrolyte explanations.
