That's amazing to see the swatches, side-by-side, the difference using different sized needles

Thank you! I know I'll come back to watch it again and again~ I feel like I"m about to jump off a cliff as this is a new challenge!
Thank you this is so helpful. Please keep teaching, you are an excellent one.😊
This is very helpful, thank you for the tips! 😊
Very beautiful!❣️
Ok. Well, this is getting me all excited to cast this shawl on! Thank you so, SO much!
I purchased the pattern last year, and have been hoping there will be a KAL. I know this will be a challenging project. Thanks for the tips ❤
Thank you so much!!! This has been extremely helpful. I am so looking forward to get knitting. My swatch turned out great with my hand spun, so that is what I will be using. I really like that you did a small square option too. Thank you Monique!!!
Thank you Monique, you do so much to help people! ❤️
I detest switching 😊 for reasons I don't fully understand.
I'm going to force myself because I'm trying to work on the Equilibrium, and I realize I am a very loose knitter. This has not been a problem with lace weight yarn as gauge is not important to the pattern. I have always been happy with the outcome. I am an experienced lace knitter. But it's different knitting Shetland lace.
I have knit a square Shetland Shawl the lace was to loose, I snagged it right away.
Luckily, it's forgiving, and I was able to make it look acceptable after minor manipulation.
I knit it with Happsula yarn. I love this yarn.
I am switching for this pattern. I recognize it is complicated for myself who is used to purling every other row for "regular lace" I'm going to use Jamison Cobweb for this beautiful square shawl.
I so appreciate this video.
I'm off to Ravelry to purchase the pattern and join the discussion group.
I guess I needed to talk about this😊
Thanks, Robin
You have good insight into your skills and troubles. That will help you. A swatch can be time-consuming. I've had many that were thought of to be worthless. Yet, 10years later, they ring a bell, and a bauble design was born. It's all little steps to help you get in the flow.
Keep me posted how it's going.
This is very helpful for me, as I have already purchased the pattern for the future ❤️
Браво!
Beyond Lovely the finest knitting i think i have seen how long did this shawl take to knit? Thanks Marianne 💕😊
When I bought the pattern last year, I didn’t realize there were two versions. Apparently, I have the rectangle version.
I make stitch markers out of size 20 Elizabeth thread from Handy Hands
Great video, watched it while swatching so now on with the real work. 😊
