With Tee Higgins and Mike Gesicki I would want a guy like Trice on my bench for Sunday. Having a big bodied physical cornerback like that could be really beneficial possibly. But doesn’t look like it’s gonna happen 😞
The player I was most excited about coming out of the draft was Roman Wilson. His season has been confusing. I get that injuries happen, and injuries during camp for a rookie are a bigger setback. But the injuries reported aren't season ending typically (unless the hamstring is detached and needs surgery), and Tomlin's comments have been discouraging. There have been over 20 rookie receivers getting substantial playing time, and we aren't exactly deep at the position. Is Wilson's hamstring that bad? Is he just not picking up an NFL offense quickly, did they realize all of the sudden that he's too small, lacks the work ethic needed, that he's the redundant Calvin Austin we didn't need? It's not like the Steelers weren't familiar with him before the draft. If Egbuka is sitting there for our first pick this year, do we take him, or are we in a win now situation and the Steelers simply won't play a rookie receiver? Maybe the answer is to do like the Packers and draft 5 receivers in 2 years, so we are next man up ready.
“The Steelers have the personnel to do that and just aren’t”… this is where the fans starts acting stank 😂 Also picking the Steelers to lose isn’t a bold prediction
Happy birthday! Love the show!!!! Do you think we should draft a QB early next year? I know we plan on possibly resigning Russel, but wouldn’t it be wise to draft and develop a QB for a couple of years? Instead of doing what we did with Ben and hold on for too long with no one to pass the torch to? Im very satisfied with this team and I know it’s too early to talk draft and we have other needs, but just wondering your opinion.
Im excited & looking forward to how the season plays out. If they get back on track, obviously that's a good thing. If they don't - they'll avoid having to pay $30-40 mil/year for an aging QB, who's been good - but not anywhere near $30mil/year type of good.
Hey for Zack Taylor to continue to say they judt got to make the plays as nd th games are down to 1 ir 2 .ustakes in th gsme is pue bulsht! The dam defence mdy lighter faster guys now the hank God for joe and offence but if every dam the time th Steelers get th ball and omg 7 bengals defence couldn't even take Harris down is par for th course, th defence needs bugger and faster guys to take run game down w 1 guy why Everytime they wait to play well til th offense is in Bengals territory is redicoules
Happy Belated Birthday, Alan!!

Wilson is not even practicing yet coming back from his hamstring injury. -- AS

Adam’s would be a great 3 tech replacement for Hayward next year

Steelers gonna get embarrassed AGAIN 😮 Tomlin needs to go the king of mediocre 😢
Bold prediction: Steelers hold the bengals 14 to 17 points
Tomlin will lose enough of these last games to be .500 or one game above .500… just watch
