Love your content, but want to add something about RAM: More RAM is not entirely useless. Because "excess" RAM not used by the system or programs is used as cache. So for example while video editing from an external hard drive makes your playback smoother, because it is already in memory after first playback. 😊
RAM capacity is important, but lately RAM speed is too. AMD's Infinity Fabric ticks at a rate (called FClk) which is 1/2 the DDR speed of the memory, so DDR4-3200 leads to an FClk of 1600 MHz. Since the FClk is how fast the CPU communicates with its own internal core complexes as well as the I/O die, which talks to the rest of your system, people using 2133 MHz RAM on these CPUs are giving up some performance. Not a lot, but some.
Ohhhh man that last tip. Anytime my uncle's crappy laptop was slow: "hey can you check out my laptop I think I has a virus". No! You don't have one! But you have 10,000 useless chrome extensions and Windows programs installed! I swear, at one point he had about 10 of those "let me help you search for stuff online" browser bars installed.
Yes, OLED can definitely suffer from burn in. As mentioned in the video, LED and LCD monitors don't tend to suffer with burn in. Fair comment, perhaps I should have mentioned OLED monitors too.

my laptop take along time to upload windows when I open it so I used the sleep mode to enter windows in a short time after a while the laptop begins shout down suddenly what do think the reason of that?
Honestly, screen burning is still definitely a thing in LCD monitors. It just takes a VERY long time... Such as in a call center w/ a phone screen that displays the same buttons on a touch screen 24/7 for months and months. It absolutely will get "burned in" in this example, trust me. ;)
I disagree with point 3. It assumes the efficiency is the same for all loads. In reality, efficiency vs load curves exist and they're not flat - efficiency usually peaks around half load. So an 850 watt power supply will use more power when supplying 200 watts than a 400 watt power supply.
The myth is that larger power supplies use much more electricity. But (for example), a 400-watt PSU (many of them have an 80 plus bronze cert) with a PC that needs 200 watts, about 235 watts would be drawn from the wall. An 850-watt PSU (which often have an 80 plus gold cert) with a PC that also needs 200 watts, about 230 watts would be drawn from the wall. So very similar power usage here, but I understand your comment though - there can be some variations under certain conditions.

Rubbing cheetah blood on the processor, or even going so far as to use it as thermal paste, does in fact make your CPU faster.

Yes, I can just imagine it. I see other's computers with similar reasons why they have a slow computer.
The comment about screensavers isn't exactly true since many modern monitors/TVs are OLED based and those CAN have burn in.

would you advise 2x 8gb ram stick or 1 single 16gb ram stick for economical power consumption for a 16gb ram system
For power economy, I would definitely recommend a single 16GB stick.

is it okay to use 1$ non brand thermal paste on gpu (xfx rx 570 4gb tdp 140w) i get 76c while playing and iam worry
The more expensive thermal paste products will cool the gpu a little better (generally speaking), but 76°C for your graphics card is perfectly ok.
