my 2000 e320 ac works great on center vents until acceleration, then it goes away and comes back after i left off the gas. I assume the center actuator bellow is the problem? Great video...Wonder what the shop wants to replace one of those puppies...thank you for the great info
That's a sign of a small vacuum leak, as you push on gas pedal the vacuum drops. The leak can be anywhere starting from engine . You will need a vacuum pump and start testing.

@@AndyPMercedesBenzChannel only fault is, the kids in the street bent the wing mirrors back now they flap slightly when you drive and the glass won't tilt down or left, only up...original battery went after 12 years, not bad..new tyres and front and rear brakes..getting a creaking noise from the drivers side rear suspension over speed bumps though..car still looks brand new including engine bay..i'll pm you some photos...what a car lol

Now I know that I am in for it in a big way... Question Where did you get that detailed diagram for the vacuum system? I have found a couple but they do not look anything like that one you have. Another question I have is the bellows (rubber parts), do you think that they are in any way repairable?

I got them from junkyard. If you get the dash off chech them all and replace if leaking. Of you can buy them at the dealership
I have a problem with the cooling AC system. However, the heating is fine. Is some of these actuators related to the cooling AC system?

The one in the video is from AllData, but theres a similat one in WIS.
Rubber membranes are not repairable, only replace.
