Currently running jobs myself and bringing a "helping hand" along when I have a job that has enough margin to make sense for it. Thing is my helping hand is that person I can trust to run the business when it comes time and I asked him when bringing him in what he makes at his main job and beat that by $5 per hour. It guarantees that when I ask if he's available he'll always pick to work with me over his main job so I know I have a hand when I really need it and I'm constantly teaching him the ropes and going over the ins and outs of the business while we're working or riding to and from the jobs.
