**I HAVE NOT PLAYED DS3 YET** I also avoid spoilers as much as possible - hence missing the DS3 references - that trailer was literally my first look at Nameless King 🫠🤣 But holy sh!t, LOOK AT THIS TRAILER 🤩
It's largely suspected that the reported "magic casting" game from Fromsoft was a hoax. The "leaked" art from a year-ish ago is most likely AI generated
we’ll see. it’s most likely fake but we’ll likely see the next main fromsoft game get announced next year since miyazaki isn’t the lead of this game so that means he’s cooking + we’re getting annual releases now
From Software has multiple games in development. They are giving projects to younger developers and other senior ones. Miyazaki still has his game to reveal as does the Sekiro lead. There's also at least one more but i think 2. So this game existing doesn't mean "Spellbound" is not real. Also, Ziostorm tried to replicate the drawings with multiple A.I.'s and he couldn't get it. He claims of it was A.I. then it was also worked on in certain ways by a human. That's a lot of work for a hoax. It also makes sense that they would focus on revamping their magic systems. It's one of the weakest aspects in the From combat mechanics (i like it but a lot say its lacking). So I can definitely see them actually doing that game. Want it the same guy who leaked ER? Or was it just the same website? The way the game was designed in theory seemed legitimate. It made sense and seemed like a cool idea. To stay in the middle and expand outward
three games and a large game sized DLC in four years is crazy no wonder they were working on "eldenring" for so long they probably bet their money on ER and planned this out from the beginning if it were to have succeeded.
I do believe it was part of their long term plan, to allow the time they needed for the next new IP, without the fans getting frustrated/bored - not that that attitude is okay. But this really does give them space to work, while keeping everyone entertained another 12-24 months

Its like an coop Monster Hunter like Souls game where you can fight many bosses from previous games and also new bosses
