But if I go little out of the line, his questions were way better than Anupama Chopra's who also specialized in this category. I may be wrong coz she might have got less time with Yash and Prashanth, or maybe it was hurried schedule for her.. Or even for a fact that Kairam is an insider (from Karnataka pov) and has known Ugramm and KGF closely. So for me Kairam's interview is 1 among the most insightful ones along with Bharadwaj Rangan's compared to Anupama Chopra. No offence to her.

Baddy's wide angle was good, still this one felt more closer, maybe coz it was longer in length nearly an hour compared to Baddy's 30 minutes odd or even maybe coz Kairam is close to KFI as well, has seen Ugramm, Neel, KGF more times than any other person.
Baddy is obsessed with his cinema that is in pure form. So all his questions get driven by that. Kairam has digged into things that amazes any fan. Neel sharing his thought process into each of those things from screenplay to music just delights any cinephile.

Legendary Nag brothers were active in 80s.. Premaloka came in 80s.. Shivanna gave back to back BBs in 80s.. Girish Karnad was still active in film industry in 80s.. Remakes trend started mainly in 90s.. Then thriller manju brand of cinema.. Ravichandran's Vishnu's remakes completely spoiled the reputation of the industry

Prashanth himself is Rocky. Rocky's childhood and his mother's struggle is Ugram (where prashanth faced financial crisis). Rocky's promise to his mother to become rich is actually Prashanth's promise to himself. Killing GARUDA is Prashanth winning in KGF-1. KGF-2 is where Rocky is a threat to the nation, i.e KGF-2 is where Prashanth has established himself in the world map as a director. And the promise made to the mother is fulfilled at the end in the same way prashanth's promise to himself to become rich is also.
His eyes are screaming for sleep lost in those 100s of night. each scene is telling this team's vision clearly. Each role is justified, each aspect of the movie is on point, totally everything is well put to call it a modern epic. Now it's left to us to carry on from here. Can't wait !!!

KGF 1 positives according to me - 1. Mother sentiment - yes it works here big time!! 2. Soundtrack, bgm, music 3. Yash's swag, style 4. Screenplay and dialogues 5. Cinematography What doesnt work for me 1. Editing - my biggest concern about the editing was it had lot of fast cuts, gave me a headache. precisely because of such an editing, I could not follow some parts of the story properly. Just my thoughts.

Even if one thinks of creating an Epic, technitians play a vital role. Neel was more than fortunate to have gotten Bhuvan Gowda, Ravi Basrur, art director, shiva kumar, Great thinker and actor Yash, and above all producer Vijay. All these elements made this epic movie.
1000 reasons should come together to make a film.. If I had to add, Zero's negative review might be another reason, for the crowd swooping into watching KGF, bold step which paid good dividends and then ppl watched it on Amazon Prime, regretted not watching it in theatres.. Lot more..

KGF - 2 is releasing in 7500 theatres (will increase after release). So my calculation goes like this. 7500 theatre and we can average 5 shows per Day. And each theatre will have average of 400 seats And assume average cost of tickets would be 150. So the first Day collection will going to be around 7500*5*400*150 = 225,00,00,000 ( 225 crores ) If the same continue for at least for 7 days then Total Collection would be around 1575 crores. And I have taken increase of theatre into consideration. Even all of my assumptions are wrong, at least KGF-2 will going to make 1000 crores with in 15 to 20 days. KGF, The Pride Of Karnataka

@@avinashgowda8886 ask any Kannada film historians they just say 70s and 80s were golden period.. Antha Bandhana Rajkumar's many classics came in 80s.. Kashinath made movies in 80s.. Legendary Nag brothers were active in 80s.. Premaloka came in 80s.. Shivanna gave back to back BBs in 80s.. Girish Karnad was still active in film industry in 80s.. Remakes trend started mainly in 90s.. Then thriller manju brand of cinema.. Ravichandran's Vishnu's remakes completely spoiled the reputation of the industry

Prashanth himself is Rocky. Rocky's childhood and his mother's struggle is Ugram (where prashanth faced financial crisis). Rocky's promise to his mother to become rich is actually Prashanth's promise to himself. Killing GARUDA is Prashanth winning in KGF-1. KGF-2 is where Rocky is a threat to the nation, i.e KGF-2 is where Prashanth has established himself in the world map as a director. And the promise made to the mother is fulfilled at the end in the same way prashanth's promise to himself to become rich is also.

What doesnt work for me
1. Editing - my biggest concern about the editing was it had lot of fast cuts, gave me a headache. precisely because of such an editing, I could not follow some parts of the story properly.

Even if one thinks of creating an Epic, technitians play a vital role. Neel was more than fortunate to have gotten Bhuvan Gowda, Ravi Basrur, art director, shiva kumar, Great thinker and actor Yash, and above all producer Vijay. All these elements made this epic movie.
1000 reasons should come together to make a film.. If I had to add, Zero's negative review might be another reason, for the crowd swooping into watching KGF, bold step which paid good dividends and then ppl watched it on Amazon Prime, regretted not watching it in theatres.. Lot more..

The best interview ever . Kairam Vashi - Prashantneel
KGF - 2 is releasing in 7500 theatres (will increase after release). So my calculation goes like this.
7500 theatre and we can average 5 shows per Day. And each theatre will have average of 400 seats And assume average cost of tickets would be 150.
So the first Day collection will going to be around 7500*5*400*150 = 225,00,00,000 ( 225 crores )
If the same continue for at least for 7 days then
Total Collection would be around 1575 crores. And I have taken increase of theatre into consideration. Even all of my assumptions are wrong, at least KGF-2 will going to make 1000 crores with in 15 to 20 days.
