@@Tek-Knight5592 oh my god yes! Another Gen V fan. I’m loving it so far. Can’t wait for the final episodes to air
He looks pretty good. If you want to bulk up workout and eat 5 and 6 meals a day
Bro Lateral raises are the hardest cus my shoulders are so weak 😭 🤣 Great vid bro
I know the pain hahaha Thanks brother!
Jensen actually told other version of the story with fake muscles, he asked them if they could add up muscles to his suit and they said next time when we start filming you will bring me muscles. So thats why he started training, i think version that you played was just for goofs :D
Jensen looked pretty good. He was great as Soldier Boy.
Great video I love to watch the boys and i am glad you gave it attention
Thanks! ya its a great show hey?
Wow that's a huge transformation 🔥
Jensen is a charismatic as fuck actor.
Soulja boy tell em 🔥💯
Was waiting for this comment 😂
This video is not a f’ng disappointment!
:))
I got to be honest but I think one of the reasons why we all love soldier boy is because we all miss captain America.
I like soldier boy cause he doesn't give a fck
@@Leonidas037 same
who the fuck likes captain america ?
You are correct
Soldier Boy seems like a more powerful version of Captain America though lol.
So basically it's bear mode like alphadestiny has preached and jeff nippard who went bearmode himself
He trained for 6 months, so yh I think he's natty.
Great video. Let's track!
Thanks!!
I think he is natural since hes not overblown
Ya I would agree!
It's a lot easier when all you have to do is wear flannel.
😂😂
Hey paris, if you remember me, i wanna ask a few questions. Like what is the best routines for strength training, is deadlift good and what abt abs routines?
Yes!! The Q&A is still on my list :)
@@ParisDemers thanks man, appreciate it ;)
banger vid, i've been putting off going to the gym for over a year now and got super out of shape. when i saw his physique i thought it was a solid goal for my body type and found this video. went to the gym right after and did the first workout at 2am. thanks for the video brother.
No problem! That’s awesome! Keep up the good work 💪
I think he is natural and only take serious training with lots of protein shake and supplements
Bless your heart my guy. It's okay, steroids don't make anybody go to Hell. Lots of people do it, yes including your favorite actors.
You aren’t wrong tbh, it’s more wrong when they aren’t honest. In this case honestly I think it’s actually natural I don’t see any signs you can usually see from usage. I think mostly he got those starting gains bulking and was already a little above average and when he cut a bit he became how he is now
@@jacksparrow295 If you think Jensen is on steroids, you think absolutely anyone in shows and irl with the slightest shape that isnt chronically obese, is on roids
@@danielcameron8616 yes imo he is not that big and his body fat are not too low
@@matt59fire So Natalie Portman didn't do steroids to get jacked at 41 for Thor 4? You think all these people are putting 15-20 lbs of muscle in a few short months for a role is natural in their 40's?? You can't be that naive.
LET'S TRACK!
Let’s goooo!!
I Love Jensen Ackles for this
He took the V
Let’s Track!!
Hell ya!!
Diet is my worst enemy right now, i want to get big but with my diet is my limiting factor.
You should make a video on workout program of Kratos the God of War, that would be cool !
Cool idea :)
Let's track!!!
Let’s go!
Reminds me of Christopher Reeve's training to become superman.
Great video! Let's track!!!
Truth is jensen'd physique is ideally the healthiest way to be heavy
Lets track!!💪🏾💪🏾
YES!!
I mean, since he's never had mass on him before (like he's always been a fit dude, not untrained, just not muscular) he has the newbie gains to help him once he started training for size.
I know him from Smallville !
I didn't even know he was on that show!
@@ParisDemers Yeah he was Jason Teague lol
Ohhhhh yeah. I love it
Let’s track
LETS GO!! First also ;)
@@ParisDemers oh yeah! I didn’t even watch it yet so I have to edit my comment
@@seanl6478 hahaha
Not into the whole who is who in acting... but I have seen this guy before on some shows and didn't even realize this was him as Soldier Boy.
Hey Paris, just to confirm on day 4 I should shrug for 4x25 right or were you trying to type 4x15 but then accidentally hit the no. 2?
Shrugs for 15! Yes that was my mistake. Good catch!
@@ParisDemers Haha yeah I thought so, anyways I'll be giving this program a go and I'll let you know about my progress after a month!
@@Azlaan007 awesome!! Ya keep me updated 💪💪
Just one thing, 1.6g to 2.2g protein per kg of body weight is the best for muscle grow, decide the specific number depends on how many carbs u eat every day. One g per lb nody weight is too much, not saying it is bad, but average ppl's digest system can't handle it, even if u split them for 6 meals a day, unless you are really thin and skinny.
1 kilogram= 2.2 lbs. So 1g/lb of bodyweight and 2.2g/kg are exactly the same thing.
Protein is overrated
I’ve got no doubts that he’s natty
He has the money, time, and resources to make some pretty quick gains. He had plenty of time to get an attainable body
Yo u should do a video on mike tyson
Great idea!
I was wondering if it would be possible for you to make a video about Tom Hopper and Frank Grillo? They both are in incredible shape
2:42 yeah and not in the end if you your goals is aesthetic you will gain strength because the reason your body building muscle is to make you more capable and easier to lift a certain weight
The quickest way is to be paid a million dollar or more for the part and the studio, manager, or you, hire a personal trainer and food expert with the goal to make you change your body before the date the producer told you to be ready!
Jensen would really be good as chris redfield
Or Leon Kennedy
Question for the lifters in the comments. I'm a smaller frame guy at 145 and 5 foot 8. Overall I'm a very thin and slight East Asian. How much does that effect the amount of muscle I can realistically put on? Would Jensen ackles' natural genetics make a large contribution to his muscle gain or a moderate one.
TLDR bulk 500 cal surplus more than a gram of protein per bodyweigjt per day focus on shoulders traps chest and triceps in your movements
It's pretty tough, but I don't think he used steroids, must've worked out hard, shoulders ,back, biceps, chest and keto diet can make this possible ,but with his age ,not that he's old , some multivitamins and antioxidants in diet, it's very easily possible.
He guys. You don't reach your ideal physique until you're in your middle to late forties
@@gregpettis1113 He never tried to lift weights before. You are implying hes been trying his whole life
No its not tough. He looks natural
@@gregpettis1113 how come I've reached mine at 20? Just like his.Its easier in 20's but gets difficult as the muscles start to age.Hypertrophy takes time to recover and workouts are not as regular that's why it's tough in his age.Hes trained HARD.
@@ishanchopra1618 you're overtraining.
Lets definitely track!!!
Hell yeah!
LETS GO!!
If you can do a good amount of Pull-Ups then switch the lat pulldown with Pull-Ups and that will be better for your back in my opinion.
He was def bulkier during some of the supernatural seasons. You keep showing a very old pic
Deal beaker in Natty theory : He said having just switch from burger and peanut butter to rice vegetable fish and chicken. He should have burn fat, not getting bulk..
Lets track!
Supernatural body its the most realistic one
Lets track!
I can confirm - "YOU LIFT HEAVY SHYT AND EAT A LOT OF FOOD" this does the job ! , do it 1h/3 days a week and you will be a beast in few months, no steroids no crap, just hard work and good music to go with it, or just watch some freak'n inspirational movie or something.
I am a beast, all natural, and IT FEELS GOOD.
Carries and Shrugs!
Is that routine you made supposed to be 4 days in a row. Every other day. 2 days on 1 day off 2 days on 2 days off. Or how would you go about scheduling it for the week
Jared from supernatural got pretty ripped for season 6 of supernatural
Purposely consuming carbs will prevent you from burning fat
Ya let's track, I have been wanting to try new healthy ideas on my diet. And also I made the mistake of eating big to get big. If I need to eat big it should be healthy foods, not takeout ice cream and twinkies(or twiggies for my country)
Agreed!
Feet together divebomber push ups from pike position and lots of food. Can't go wrong with it. Grind for 5-10 sets a night before dinner, eat a heft fucking dinner, some beers after dinner (why, cuz why the fuck not) and do that for 4-6 months and you will be Soldier Boy buff.
Anyone who thinks it took steroids to make those gains is crazy
True
Let’s track🔥
Let's track! 🍎🍌🍇🍉🍊🍍🥕🥦🥬🍿🥩🍳🍚🐟🍗💧
YA BUDDY!!
3:50 that guy is georgian and so am i
Jensen's traps and shoulders are a dead giveaway for anabolic steroids
This reminds me of the superhero jacked UA-cam channel lol
I hope I’m a little bit better than that channel hahaha

I want that tracking video you promised bro 😎
It’s our! It’s my recent abs video
Infamous Dean Winchester?
For the training plan, what are the rest days?
I know this sounds like a stupid question but hear me out: why dont we just drink Coca-Cola or other sugary bevrages to get the surpluss calories? Sugar is an excellent source of calories or am i wrong? I get that processed sugar is not healthy for teath and soda can cause weak bones but other than that why do i have to eat a tone of potatos and rice to get what i can simply drink in seconds
For the exercises using Barbells are their workouts that will work that aren't using barbells? I only have dumbbells, cable machine and bands.
LETS SNACK!
