    Master Oogway said it best:
"You are too concerned with what was and what will be...Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, but today is a gift. That is why it is called the present."

Thank you! Such a great reminder! I catch myself doing multiple tasks at the same time and I feel overwhelmed and then anxiety kicks in! But when I focus on single tasking I feel that my body and mind start to heal and I feel truly present. I’m here, I’m alive and I’m Okay

Yes you are. We are actually more productive when we do one thing at a time and give it our full attention.

I am grossed out by dirty dishes in the water and the stuff swimming around. The least thing I want to be is fully present and concentrate on everything I feel 😂

I get that. That is when I listen to a book or podcast.

I m wondering Dr Paul what your opinion is on all the videos about narcissism and how to protect yourself from it ect...
To me they seem like a double edge sword. While trying to protect yourself from narcissists you end up obsessing about them .
I find the whole thing confusing. Any advice please. Thank you

First of all, the label is used much too widely. It should only be used by a therapist. People may have tendencies, but that doesn't make them a narcissist. When people set up boundaries they think the other person will have to honor it and get more upset when they don't honor the boundary. The person setting the boundary has to be the one to enforce it. That means if the other individual doesn't honor it that the one who set it up takes action. Walks out of the situation, etc. We don't control what others do, just ourselves.
