Thank you, I will be in Ghana next year, hopefully to find a good deal. It looks like I have seen you somewhere before., God bless you, once again thank you
Thank you Lorraine. This is needed. Everything you said is so important. Benn in Ghana for 4 years from UK. Wanted to invest when we first got here but because we didn't have this info explained clearly we opted out of investments. Thank you I hope many will find this channel. Bless up❤
Thanks for the advice. Was this your first ever property investment or your first in Ghana? Certain losses such as void periods and a % for maintenance every month is standard practice regardless which country you’re in.
Absolutely agree. It was my first already built property (invested previously) but yes and these are things I’ve learnt along the way and why I do what I do is so others don’t make same mistakes ! Stay tuned for the next parts !
Wby eould anyone buy an alteady built property anywhere in Ghana or elsewhere? Lol 😂😂 you did not do your homework ar all. Build your own house then you know what materials are being used. Some of this even a 12 year old knows
@@TheChariot99 this is quite a surprising comment but i’d happily leave it here and kindly ask you to explain to me what you think ain’t right. Do you require land deeds, the details of the person I purchased the property from, what exactly is it do you think is a scam? Have you checked out the rest of my channel?
@@LorraineWrightplease don’t pay no mind to that guy…he is Nigerian or Kenyan…always talking negatively about anything Ghana…i have been watching his comments everywhere.

Im glad you found this helpful! hope now you can get into the market now you have more information ?! It is doable !
Excellent advice .....
Glad it was helpful!
Thanks for reminding me why I should keep investing in the UK and leave others with enough risk appetite to invest on the continent.
It depends on where you invest in Ghana. And also using the right professionals to carry out the due diligence.
@@AbdulJawulaI agree ! My message is not to discourage but to inform so people don’t make my mistakes !
Oh no! It’s still worth it! I’m all about sharing my experience so that others don’t make the same mistake!
How do you realise the equity gains from property in Ghana since there isn’t really the leverage like mortgages in the West? I’m curious.
😂😂😂😂😂
WELCOME
Was there no manufacturer's warranty on the home and appliances? Considering some of the issues were right after initial move-in?

@ nice one. Glad it didn’t put you off.
This is simply too much work just to buy a property, it’s not worth the headache
Oh no I’m not about discouraging ! It is doable when you have the right support and that’s why I do what I do!
