I've been following you since 2019, beginning with Potato Talkies when you first started creating PR applications videos. From that point on, I've been thoroughly captivated and feel that your excellent clarity has significantly increased my knowledge.
Employment is a bigg issue in calgary currently!! With one of highest unemployment rates , these prices are hard to justify. Also, with immigration rates dipping i wont bet a lot on house appreciation
Hi Nav, I just watched a documentary showing the hard reality of small landlord investors in Ontario, where they’re having problems evicting tenants that don’t pay rents. Some of them are selling their properties because of the losses, and the lack of support by the system. I wonder if this is generalized in Canada? Or some provinces are better? What’s you experience in this matter? Thanks in advance.
Hi Nav , firstly its good to see you both grow , starting from Potato Talkies - living in a small basement and making informative videos in the park , it has been a great journey. I had few questions regarding accommodation / rentals basically in Calgary. I know it is a little different from the video you made. I am fall 2024 MFA student and my uni is in 14 Avenue NW. ( Alberta University of the Arts ) , and my husband would be joining later . So what area you suggest like affordable for long term lease rentals and near to 14 NW. Please advise. Thanks in advance !!
Navjot Is it true that residence of other Province need to pay 30% down-payment for buying home in Calgary?I am from BC looking for 1st time home buying options in Calgary
House are look cheaper but when no job in hand makes it like a mistake to move to Calgary

Not true :) 20% if you are buying an investment property… can qualify for less if you are going to live in the house.
Sir do you earn 150k dollars a year in Canada? Plz reply. Thanks a lot.
