The starting point to learn how to make money in general not just trading, is to have a strategy. It might be obvious, but there are many trader's out there who are merely guessing when trading and not having a strict trading strategy
The constant inverted yield curve is probably because the bulk of the debt the federal government is issuing is on the short end. Thus, there is less supply of long term bonds, which keep prices higher, meaning lower yields on the long end.
I've send this theory, I'll take a look into it.
How much of the longer term is in the FEDs balance sheet? Might be a reason that the supply isn't moving on long-term, keeping prices up.
