An insanely good e.p. but their live shows during this period were even more epic. These guys oozed civil disobedience with such conviction and energy that I was leveled with emotion after my first viewing. Amazing share
Articles of Faith is the Platonic Ideal of punk rock
The song "My Fathers Dreams" reached me when I first heard it. So timeless and truthful and it still reaches me now. Later on I heard Vic's solo LP and fell in love with the poetic song Heat Lightning.

This was always my favorite AoF recording...great lyrics, vocals, and a fast tempo. They had a great message too.
I saw 'em a bunch in the early 80s in Chicago clubs So powerful, every time. Great songs, all these!

I don't think you can see how the media is manipulating you to divide the country, erase our history, and usher in a new regime and make everyone focus on race like it's white against black, right versus left and if you have some opinion that differs from the initiative they are pushing then you're labeled "racist" or become a victim of #cancelculture. Think for yourself. Everything the media spews at you has an agenda behind it. Don't let this black lives matter movement pull the wool over your eyes. I'm white and I'm proud of it, just as people who are black should be equally proud of it.
