Here So Cal there was a ton of Halloween lights and decorations this year.
The lights were all mostly red and white! It didn’t look like Halloween, from above at least 😊
As soon as Halloween ends here in DFW, it's like people skip thanksgiving and go right to Christmas mode. It's nuts. Lol!
It was November 3rd. Y’all need to chill down there 😂 entire neighborhoods were decorated. Not a house skipped!
We just got back from Cancun Wednesday. It had not rained until we left our resort and I am convinced Cancun was crying that we were leaving 😂. Can't wait to be back soon!

The one time that I did an overnight layover, it was in Houston and I planned it to arrive around dinner time so that I could grab a meal and get a decent sleep. United had other plans and screwed over what was to be my calm evening before Cancun and I had to go straight to bed because of delays due to lack of pilots, lack of overhead space, you name it. I'd do it again, but plan to land at my overnight around 3pm or so.
I'm flying first class for the first time in my life on the way back from Atelier next month. The upgrade was a birthday gift from my cousin.

It is nice! I mostly love not sitting next to anyone else and dedicated space for my bag. That’s very important to me since we don’t check a bag.
Love watching every minute of your travel adventures. I’m going to LaBlanc Cabo in April and I want to upgrade to first class just to get through the security screening faster. I hate the long lineups. And I’m also like you, wear old clothes on the way there, and I don’t bring them back. I also get to the airport early and check my passport a hundred times 🤷♀️
We work flying first into the budget, though we do not fly nearly as much as you all, but it's always worth it. It makes the whole process so much more pleasant. And yes to those plantain chips. I've not gotten those in awhile... definitely time to grab a bag! Hope the weather clears during your trip!

Maybe a stupid question, but do you always get access to the lounge when flying first class or does it depend on the airline?
It depends on the airline, the airport, and if you’re flying international or domestic 😊
How much do you tip for say drink service or room service? I see your little bags, what’s in them?

Christmas lights? Possibly Diwali. Indian festival of lights.
Maybe! It was multiple neighborhoods where every house had lights!
10-15 minutes from plane to shuttle, I wish. I always check baggage for a weeks stay and it sometimes takes almost an hour to get from plane to shuttle. Wish I could only take a carry on so I don't spend so much unnecessary time in the airport.
We met people who waited 90 minutes for baggage yesterday! We do carry on only 😊
@MemoriesandMojitosTravel any tips that you have to make a carry on work for a 7 day trip? I'd really like to not have to wait for luggage anymore. I know you have a packing video so I might have to watch it again.
