Matal v Tam (2017) reaffirmed that hate speech is protected under the first amendment. Snyder v. Phelps provides guidance that when hate speech directly incites imminent criminal activity that is when it becomes illegal. The disruption might be the illegal act.
All you transphobes never cared this much about women athletes’ rights before, now all of a sudden it’s issue number one for you. And why is it that you’re so obsessed with trans women? You never seem to get that upset about trans men in sports or in public restrooms. This is a lot more about your fetishes than anyone else’s.
I say what I want when I want I don’t care about your feelings if your feelings get hurt that is on you I don’t care it don’t bother me one bit if you try and take my freedom of speech, I will take everything of yours
I was there. Before the event, that employee was joking with the protestors about how he hopes there were more than 94 people and he could therefore call the fire Marshall. Totally illegitimate from a gov employee while at work. 🫡🇺🇸
All one can do is continue exposing these agents as free Americans will continue to see which political ideology best suits them. Thank you for going and letting the rest of us know how these agents act. The side that shuts down the free exchange of ideas are never viewed favorably in history.
And, did you have anything to say to the activist who continue to show up at our libraries to not promote civility nor dialogue with others. I find it rich that these folks want to ban LQBTQI centered books, yet want to hold their meetings at a public library. You either support the places that house literature or you don’t. Sacramento resident here.

Sacramento is home to pronoun people 😅 it's a pretty messed up place to be. Don't ever take your kids to Sacramento. Ever
Well, They're not forcing their beliefs to your precious child because being an LGBTQIA+ is a choice, not a decease and nor forced.
If you want... You can isolate your kids.. nobody cares!
The LGBTQ+ are the villains in this story@@amargopatrias3283
SoCal is fed up and wants to split the State in half. SoCal residents are tired of feeding these mooches.
So you never use pronouns?
Pro tip: go to the library in drag if you don’t want to get kicked out.

Calling in bomb threats against people you don’t agree with is not part of the first amendment.

Pretty normal for sacramento though. Not a smart city by any means. It's a great example of democrat led failure. Pronouns and gender people 🤭😅🤣
