I love the minimalism of not having any kind of intro animation/song/etc because I just came from another video of yours and the sound is exactly the same as if I just went to another chapter in the same audiobook!
Your distinction between the different use cases - Learning, Remembering, Thinking - was super helpful. It's the big challenge for every knowledge base app to allow and integrate these different uses. Some systems only concentrate on one part, for example the whole Zettelkasten system only cares about the Thinking part because it has been developed for writers.
Crazy funny, how i was JUST looking into this and you make the video. I am using it with Box to sync across all devices. This is easier than onedrive, dropbox, or google drive. It works pretty well, until you need to update your flashcards. Like you said, it is an extra step. Just delete the stored cache and re-download. And it DOES work with your entire markdown vault. That Rocks! thanks for the excellent video! Keep up the good work!
Well, now you have to manually create cards in Obsidian, transfer the vault to your phone, and finally import it to Neuracache. Not really a time saver IMHO
How do I send my flashcards from Obsidian to NeuraCache on windows desktop? I have obsidian in laptop and neuracache in phone, so far I do it via google drive but its too complicated. Thank you :)
What happens to my flashcard if I need to change mobile device? Will I have to start from scratch in terms of spaced repetition progress if I have to download the app on a new device and import in my obsidian file again?
If you're using Obsidian to collect knowledge, Neuracache is one way to revisit that knowledge and learn it through spaced repetition. It might not be for everyone, but if you're looking for a spaced repetition system, Neuracache is an easy one to use with Obsidian.
@@EffectiveCo the main difference of the 2 is that #flashcard requires a question whiles #spaced doesn't but both use the SRS. I went ahead and watched the video tutorial of the developer himself.

Haha that's great to hear! I'm not big on flashy stuff -- just get to the point and hopefully help you out!

Glad you found it helpful! My latest iteration on it is Learning, Thinking, and Creating.
loved it! ive just began using Obsidian, thanks to you. so, this video showed me one more way yo use it, thanks! congrats for the chanel
Awesome! Thank you!

Glad it's working for you!
This is brilliant! I have been manually creating cards into my Anki system, but it looks like Neuracache will be replacing that very soon. Thank you!
Glad it was helpful!

@@voldefox All you have to do is put a Hashtag and press a button. I don't know how that's not a time saver
NeuraCache is super helpful. It's application agnostic and big thumbs up for that 👍
And.. thanks for making this video :)
You're very welcome :D
Great video! ps by the way … only just learned this … but in Obsidian you can use 4 x *’s as a separator and that takes up way less space….
Great tip!
Great video exactly what I was looking for, a way for my info to resurface from my fault. Many thanks
So glad it helped!
Does anybody know how to import screenshots from Obsidian into NeuroCache?
Hey I was wondering if you tried batched indented... it didnt work for me
Thanks. This looks great but I'm currently still using my iPhone 6 and neurocache won't run on iOS 12. I'm bummed.
Ah sorry! Have you checked out RemNote?
📹 this video is very well explained, helpful, interesting and insightful. 💡
Muito obrigado for sharing 🤝
Glad you enjoyed it!

Thanks you very much!!! I love It!!!
I'm glad you like it

Great question - I'm not sure. You may want to send a note to the Neuracache developer on that one.
Hi. do you know if Neuracache can be used on Windows-PC? Or maybe in the future?
I believe it is just mobile only right now.
Excellent review!!!
Thank you kindly!
What's the point of doing this? What's the role of Obsidian, outside of just inputting the cards into Neuracache?

It didn't work with me. When I try to import, Neuracache says "can't find #flashcard or #spaced blocks. I followed the same steps.
You may need to reach out to the developer. Sorry I couldn't be of more help!
Does neuracache translate latex?
I'm not aware if it does - not much of a LaTeX user myself
if its just #flashcard, it will not use the spaced repetition algorithm?
I'm not entirely sure -- have you tried it out yet?

Wow thanks
Welcome 😊
