    And the consequences of all this? , a mass exodus of landlords, shortages of properties to rent, greater pressure on housing departments and more homeless. This will end in chaos

    Thanks for the video! Having spent hours initially reading the 'raw legislation' with all its cross referencing this is a welcome piece of guidance for all! Really useful clear and informative guide to the RHWA changes. As a tenant I am now ready for the exam that was mentioned at the end! 😉

    I wıll not develope even one house in wales anymore. Housing market will soon realise what the hell landlord are going through and most of them already selling their properties

    Great video! My tenants are in the new contract (singed this month) if I wanted to do a section 173 eviction, six months notice, when can I serve this on a two year contract? :) Thanks

      My mother has a given her property to a estate agent to rent it out for her ( 2 year contract) but wants them out.
      Can this be served during a biding contract? In wales

    My mam was given this property for her end of life having given up her tenancy rights at the property that the landlord wanted to buy to make into his family home.
    22yrs later she has now gone into a dementia care home. I have been living and caring for her this past 11yrs. I'm an amputee, disabled/wheelchair with chronic illnesses and now hes served notice to sell the property. The rent has hardly changed in all that time £85 week. I've got two months notice. He is pleading poverty on the mortgage. He has other properties but picked on me. I told him he could claim for more per week...... his daughter has been living in sin with my sisters son in her home. Its personal I think. Bad blood. I'm told I have till the 25th Jan. I'd rather end it....
