    IN GREENS ☘️- BEANS 🫘 ONIONS 🧅 MUSHROOMS 🍄 BERRIES 🍒 NUTS AND SEEDS - I TRUST

I made my soybean milk every morning mixed with peanuts, black sesames and cacao nibs. Two big mugs provide me with 30g of protein. I only need 55 g of protein a day. In addition, I eat nuts and seeds and beans everyday. If I don’t live to 90, I will write a book about “how soybeans and other beans don’t make me live longer”. Until then, I will keep eating beans, especially soybeans.

I found a product, a bit late for me, but really helped me during menopause. It was herbal in the pharmacy in a little pull outbox.
    It was called Estroven.

I met a woman whose old-fashioned doctor put her on an E and a soy tablet everyday when she was going into menopause and she had no
    symptoms or bone loss.

Its of course obvious that freshly prepaired would be the optimal choice but it truly would benefit the Health if all the ready made food possibilities were made according to this basic knowledge og “ Eat to Live” 💚💚💚

Concerned about all these foods are very high in oxalic acids which are detrimental to a lot of people. Soy, nuts, grains, etc

There is a YT video titled "The Greatest Adventure, early Natural Hygiene" that was written, directed and produced by Jack Dunn Trop.
I can't find the year that it was released but it looks like it was perhaps made in the 1950s. Does anyone know?
**Follow up: I emailed Jack's grandson and he replied that the film was made in the late 1950s. His grandson mentioned he was included in the film in a series of segments showing a happy, healthy baby.

Is it necessary to have to soak nuts and seeds overnight before eating them?

    • @amymartin5753
      @amymartin5753 Рік тому +1

I don’t think soaking is required if you’re eating them straight up -the only time they recommend soaking for a few hours etc. is if you’re gonna blend it into a sauce or salad dressing.

@@amymartin5753 so soaking them is only for when you're going to use them in dishes? That's a relief because I don't like soaking them it's a hassle and sometimes I forget
I like to just be able to get some nuts and seeds whenever I want and not have to soak them first 😄

I'm trying to understand why you sight all these research studies but yet you don't put them in your notes so that people can read them themselves. Is there something wrong with the research that you don't want it peer-viewed by the people you are lecturing? I'm curious cuz when I go to Dr. Ken Berry youtube, any time he talks about research he puts it down in the note (link of course) so we can all go look at it. I'm sorry I find it hard to trust anyone not willing to put up the receipts. Wouldn't want someone requesting you to be put in jail cuz you won't put up the receipts. I'm sure you mean well, but the world has changed to be very profit motivated at the expense of anyone. I do know the hospital sent me home 5 yrs ago to die. I started following Dr. Ken Berry. Today I'm thriving including walking and arthritis gone, seizure stopped, not to mention a mess of other bad things gone.

Everything he talks about is essentially from his books. His books and most everything he talks about has peer reviewed studies referenced and available for everyone to look up and scrutinise.

@@jordanmeinberg9379 I'm not reading his book, he should put the info here, where he is lecturing people. He is talking with people that are on line not reading his book. To me this is just another doctor trying to make a quick buck. You know those scammer who want to sell all kinds of supplements, health tests, latest book. So he puts out just enough info then say go buy my book, go buy my supplements. He should never talk about any research unless he puts the notes where people can look it up and you should be demanding that. Back up with you are saying as a doctor. I don't expect it from just a blow by night utuber.....but I also don't put the same weight of value on the info either.

@@Jeffs60 Why do you keep trying to make me buy some dumb book when I'm listening, not reading. Why can the scamming doctor just put his research he is referencing in the notes...I'm shocked at how you guys defend someone who is claiming to be a medical doctor but isn't willing to do the work. I don't care if he did it in his book, it need to be where we are listening/reading every time he refers to research. Notice he not bothered to even comment on this, or even say....your right I should be more professional and put the research in the notes. Nope he send you two to defend him.
