Shouldn’t run a skimmer or any chemical bio during cycle. 😊
Not true. Many many top reefers do so. It's like everything else. There is literally no "one way" to do anything in this hobby LOL

@@clayhamilton6437why would you run your filtration during cycling? All its going to do is get rid of the good bacteria. Be smarter.
@@Coral-reef. why wouldnt it get rid of good bacteria after the cycle? if it doesnt get rid of good bacteria once the tank is cycled it stands to reason it wont while it is cycling either, unless the type of filtration changes... ?
